This is an invitation to sit and just be. Wherever you are at this day, take a few minutes for you! Invite the breath. Invite the stillness. Invite present moment awareness. Sit comfortably, relax those eyelids closed, and let's breathe in the now, together.

Much love and a happy welcome to you.

This meditation is an opportunity,

An invitation to get lost in the present,

Connect to the breath and surrender to any feelings prohibiting any abundant existence.

Wherever you're at,

Please come seated comfortably,

Cross legged or not,

Just sitting,

Just being and begin to close the eyes.

Adjust as you need and invite the stillness,

Invite the body to start relaxing.

Can you relax the shoulders,

Relax any tension in the face?

Relax the eyelids,

The forehead,

The cheeks,

Ears,

Throat.

Let's invite the breath to be breathed.

Let's inhale through the nose,

Hold the breath gently,

Stretching the spine upward,

Chin is gently tucked down and in.

Through the nose,

Exhale the breath.

Elongate the back of the neck,

Inhale through the nose.

Holding,

Pausing,

Be at the top of this breath.

Palms are relaxed,

You can face the palms upward or down.

Be still,

Exhale through the nose.

Inhale,

Just exhale.

Just make the choice to be here,

Stay with the breath,

Invite and surrender.

Commit,

Commit to you,

Commit to the breath,

Inhale.

And ever so gently exhale,

Coming into the now.

Invite awareness in,

Awareness of the mind,

Of the thought.

Invite awareness to the emotions,

Where,

Where do you feel it in the body?

Are there any physical sensations?

Stay with the breath,

Nice long deep inhale,

Long exhale.

No tension,

Just being breathed.

Like waves coming in and out of shore.

Just witness,

Witness that out of nothing we are everything.

Invite the sounds around you,

Allow them to move through.

Just be still.

Allow the breath to move you,

Move through you.

Bear witness to your radiance,

Invite.

Invite the calmness.

Invite the willingness to let go.

Invite the relaxation over the body.

Keep the eyes closed and focused at the eyebrow point.

With intent,

Let's inhale the breath in.

Hold a moment at the top,

Pausing.

In honor,

Exhale the breath out.

Inhale up,

Inhale.

Holding,

Pausing,

Surrendering at the top.

In gratitude,

Exhale.

And last big breath in,

Inhale.

Holding,

Committing,

Suspending the air at the top.

Through the mouth,

Sigh it out.

You can stay here as long as you need.

Or you can gently flutter the eyes open and invite whatever the day has planned.

Have a beautiful day.

Sat Naam.

Namaste,

Everybody.
