Let me introduce you to the healing ability of thunder energy of the Tao,
Using affirmations and gentle tapping.

Lovely deeper breath in and as you exhale,
Letting it all out.
And we're thinking about breath,
Remembering that breath is the perfect way to bring yourself to the moment,
To the now.
Knowing that it is only from the now that you can heal yourself,
That you can soothe your emotions,
You can find release from any disease or any dis-ease.
So you breathe deeply,
Exhale the breath fully.
And that's starting to feel good,
Isn't it?
That's starting to feel just right.
Imagine yourself in thunder energy.
You could be under cover,
Enjoying watching a big thunderstorm,
Reveling in the power of the moment.
You could be at a distance,
Hearing the growl as the thunder rolls across the sky.
What do you see in your mind's eye?
Immerse yourself in thunder energy and receive what it is sharing with you.
Thunder,
It comes to remind you that you can safely move from forcing things,
To being accepting,
To relaxing into the flow of your life.
And breathe.
And let's integrate some simple tapping into this healing meditation.
Tapping is a way to release blocked energy,
To accelerate healing.

Finger tap on the side of your heart.

Finger tap on the sides of your jaw,
Just in front of your ear holes.
A firm two-finger tap to encourage the release of energy that no longer serves you.
Tap and breathe.
