Explore MeditationDeborah is a qualified mindfulness teacher. She began her mindfulness journey after a difficult period in her life. As someone who sometimes felt anxious, had panic attacks, and with perfectionist tendencies, she felt herself getting overwhelmed and putting herself under more and more pressure at home and at work. Learning the life skills of mindfulness and self-compassion changed everything. She still has some of those feelings but now knows how to respond to them in a kinder way, having learned how to manage thoughts rather than letting them overwhelm her, understanding how this affected her emotions and body so that she could enjoy the moment and my life more fully.
