And now just drawing your awareness to the natural ebb and flow of your beautiful breath,
Settling you into this present moment,
Softening yourself into your body,
Relaxing the mind.

Draw your awareness to the ground beneath you and notice your connection to Mother Earth,
Feeling her support.

Allowing yourself to receive these morning words.
