Hello beautiful beings and welcome to daily cap of prana and welcome to your practice.

Arriving here in this present moment,

A beautiful morning,

A morning to connect with yourself,

A morning to sit in stillness,

A morning to feel your beautiful connection with Mother Earth,

A moment to rewild yourself to the stillness of nature,

The nature within you and the nature outside of you.

Inhale and exhale,

Inviting your body to get cocooned in comfort,

Either seated or laying down.

And if it feels right for you,

I invite you to gently float your eyes closed and just begin to notice your body breathing here.

Notice the nature of your breath,

How it flows effortlessly in and out of your body.

Inhale and exhale,

Drawing your awareness to your breath,

Letting it flow in and out,

Feel its gentle movement,

Anchoring you into the earth beneath you,

Anchoring you into this present moment.

Inhale and exhale,

Drawing your awareness to your seat and feel this connection to Mother Earth beneath you.

Feel the stability,

The support,

Feel yourself rooting down deep into her soil,

Your energetic roots growing longer and longer,

Grounding you into this space.

Inhale and exhale.

On your next inhale,

Imagine Mother Earth rising up to hold you.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself grounding down even deeper,

Held and supported in this space.

Inhale and exhale.

I invite you to receive these morning words.

Allow them to marinate deep into your bones,

A remembrance that you are nature and that nature is all around you,

Within and without.

Re-wild yourself by Carolyn Mellor.

There are places in you where thousands of bright tiny flowers open each morning to the sun in meadows as vast as the sky.

An ancient alchemy courses through your bones.

It speaks in feathers and stones and precious metals and the footprints of mandalas left by the stories we tell with our lives.

Re-wild yourself until green tendrils sprout from your fingernails and lichen swaths your eyebrows.

Re-wild yourself until your roots spread and uncoil and writhe down through soil and rock.

Re-wild yourself.

Rise up into your magnificence and take your place among the constellations.

Re-wild yourself.

The earth is her own medicine.

Be yours.

Inhale and exhale.

And gently notice how these morning words landed in your body,

In your spirit.

Notice how you feel.

How does it feel to re-wild yourself to nature?

Inhale and exhale.

Feel your beautiful body breathing.

Inhale and exhale.

Thank yourself for taking the time on this precious morning to fill your cup with nature.

The nature of you and the nature outside of you.

Thank yourself for receiving these morning words.

Thank yourself for sharing in this practice with me.

Step out into your beautiful day and re-wild yourself.

Wishing you peace,

Joy,

Love and kindness on your journey.

You
