Welcome to your morning intuitive meditation practice.
Invite yourself into a comfortable seat.
And once you've arrived,
Invite the eyes to gently float closed or carry a soft gaze.
And invite three deep nourishing breaths into the body.
Inhaling,
Sense and feel your belly rise,
Your ribs expanding and your heart opening.
And as you exhale,
Open the mouth,
Release and let go with an audible sigh.
And just gently begin to notice your body breathing.
The flow of prana in and out through your body as you become more relaxed.
And soften into the stillness.
Sense and feel your beautiful body connected to Mother Earth beneath you.
Sense and feel your whole body breathing.
I invite you now to place both hands upon your Sacred Heart center directly in the middle of your chest.
Notice the beating of your Sacred Heart.
And with your hands upon your heart,
I invite you to set your intention for the day.
How do you want to feel?
How do you want your day to flow for you?
Can be a character or a trait.
And invite your intention now,
Plant it deep in your heart like a seed.
And with each breath you take,
Allow it to root deeper into your Sacred Heart.
Breathe it in deep.
Sense and feel it take root.
And then gently let it go.
Let the universe hold space for your intention.
And gently when you're ready,
Invite a deep breath into your body.
Open the mouth,
Exhale and let it go.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
And release some blessings on this beautiful brand new day.
