I invite you to find your sweet spot either sitting or lying down,
Cocooned in comfort in your meditation nest.
And once you have arrived,
I invite you to gently float the eyes closed.
Or you may wish to carry a soft gaze with the eyes slightly open.
If you feel called to do so,
You can ask your spirit team or guides to be with you on this journey.
And then gently invite your awareness to your breath.
I invite you to notice how it is flowing through your body.
You are the ship and the breath is your anchor.
Grounding you deep into your sacred container.
And gently invite a long slow deep breath in.
Once and feel the belly rise,
The ribs and lungs expanding as your heart gently opens.
And exhale gently letting go as your body begins to anchor into this precious present sacred moment.
Invite another long slow deep breath in.

As you sense and feel your body breathing,
This is an invitation to dance with the natural rhythm of your beautiful balanced breath.

The spirit message for today is the nine of cups,
The element of water,
Joy,
Happiness.
Feeling your heart,
Imagine,
Sense and see before you nine golden cups.
Each one gently overflowing with an abundance of magical elixir.
Invite your palms to gently touch your sacred heart.
Invite a smile across your lips.
And sense and see and feel the smile spread into your heart space.
The nine of cups is known as the wishing card.
What have you worked hard for?
What has your heart truly desired?
See it.
Sense it.
Feel it.
It is about to come to fruition if it has not already fell upon you.

And when you are ready,
Peel the palms away and blink open your beautiful eyes.
