Hello beautiful beings and welcome to daily cap of prana and welcome to your practice.

Arriving here this present moment.

Opening up to a brand new day.

Open to setting your intention for the beautiful week ahead.

Breathe in and breathe out.

This week I will let my intuition lead the way.

This week I will listen to my intuition.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Take this moment to invite your eyes to close if that feels comfortable.

And if it feels right I invite you to place your hands or your fingertips upon your heart center.

And begin to invite some deep loving breaths into your heart portal.

Breathing in love and compassion.

And breathe out love and compassion.

Breathe in love and compassion.

And breathe out love and compassion.

Breathe in love and compassion.

And breathe out sending all that love and compassion out into the world.

Gently guide your awareness to the natural cadence of your breath.

Flowing in and out.

Sense and notice your seat.

Can you feel your sitz bones grounding into mother earth beneath you?

Allowing yourself to feel supported in this practice.

Feeling held with each breath in and each breath out.

Inviting your face and your shoulders to be soft.

Releasing any tension allowing your body to relax.

Invite the belly to be soft.

Releasing any tension allowing it to be dissolved away.

Invite the belly to be soft.

Perhaps noticing the rise and fall of the belly with the breath.

Inviting and allowing all the parts of you to soften and relax into this perfect present moment.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Intuition.

Our inner guidance system.

Our inner guidance system.

That gut feeling held within the belly.

Your sixth sense.

That sense of just knowing and feeling.

The little nudge,

The voice inside of you.

Your intuition always there,

Present and guiding you.

Your intuition plays a part in every decision you make each and every day.

Your intuition is an innate organic part of you.

A state of higher awareness with self.

Breathe in and breathe out.

I invite you during this week to be in the present moment.

And can you notice the conversations in your head?

Are they supportive?

Are they loving?

Are they positive?

And if not,

What would you say?

What kind of conversations do you desire?

Focusing on just one.

Listen,

Be present and hold space.

Breathe in and breathe out.

The conversations we hold within ourselves,

Taking up space,

Make and guide our decisions.

Guide our decisions.

Energy is this infinite source.

Whereas your attention is not.

Invite your awareness to your energy.

Embody the energy you are feeling.

Allow yourself to feel good,

Open and receptive.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Embodying your intuition.

Allow yourself to ask yourself a question.

And allow yourself to be open to receive your answer.

Allow your intuitive cells,

Your receptors to be open to change,

To flow.

To trust.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Checking in with your energy.

Can you sense what energy is yours and what energy is not yours?

Checking in and releasing any energies that are not yours.

Allowing for the space to be open awareness of your inner guidance system.

Your inner guidance system ruminating through one central channel.

Align yourself in your present space.

This intuitive energy to receive the connection with your intuitive self.

Your intuition is a vibrant voice.

Waiting for you to listen.

To feel embodied in your personal power.

In the present moment of your full awareness of the best version of you.

Open,

Present,

Aligned and embodied.

Breathe in and breathe out.

We are all on a path of growth.

Ever learning and ever evolving.

Your inner guidance system turned on and tune in as one with you.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Allow yourself to be open and receptive.

To notice and sense the synchronicity of your life.

Fully present and fully aware of your inner guidance system.

Leading the way,

Always in tune with the highest version of you.
