Invite stillness and deep relaxation with a grounding body scan. Feel connected and supported by Mother Earth. This practice is wonderful for resetting the nervous system, grounding, and gaining relief if feeling anxious and in the mind too much.

Welcome to your practice.

Invite yourself to lie down and make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Allow for your arms to lie by your side and invite the feet to flop open.

And once you've arrived in your sweet spot,

Invite a few deep breaths into the body,

Inhaling fresh prana,

Exhaling release,

Letting go.

Feel your entire body connected to Mother Earth.

Invite your outer eyes to close down or hold a soft gaze.

Invite your awareness to notice the connection between your body and Mother Earth,

Safe and supported.

Sense and feel your body being breathed.

Recognize to any sensation you are feeling.

Sense and feel Mother Earth's nourishing energy rising up towards you on the inhales.

And as you exhale,

Sense and imagine crystalline roots grounding you into the loving arms of Mother Earth.

Letting go,

You are held in love.

Fully supported,

Deep into her core.

Nurtured.

Grounded.

Notice your body being breathed.

Gently guide your awareness to the crown of your head.

Notice any sensation.

Sense and feel your forehead,

Your eyebrow center.

Sense and feel your eyeballs,

Your eye sockets,

Eyelids.

Sense and feel your ears.

Feel your ears as sensation.

The earlobes,

The curves of your ears,

And your ear canals that flow into your skull.

Sense and feel the bridge of your nose,

Left and right nostril,

The tip of your nose,

The whole nose,

Your cheekbones,

The upper lip,

Your lower lip,

The teeth,

Inside the mouth,

The root of the tongue.

Sense and feel your entire mouth as sensation.

Invite and observe your whole mouth as sensation.

Sense and feel your chin,

The jaw.

Sense and feel your whole face as sensation.

Seeing the pores and cells of your face opening up.

Sense and feel your scalp and face together in sensation.

Feel your whole head as sensation connected to Mother Earth.

Awareness to your neck,

Your throat,

Pit of your throat.

Awareness to your left arm,

Left shoulder,

The upper arm,

The elbow,

Forearm,

Left wrist,

Back of your left hand,

Palm of your hand,

And all five fingers.

Your entire left arm as sensation.

Invite awareness to your entire right arm,

Right shoulder,

Upper arm,

Elbow,

Forearm,

Right wrist,

Back of right hand,

Palm of your hand,

And all five fingers.

Your entire right arm.

Feel both arms together.

Invite your awareness to your chest,

Sensing the movement of breath.

Left side of the chest,

Right side,

Center of the chest.

Sense the gentle pulsation of your sacred heartbeat,

Cracked open with the breath.

Sense and feel your whole belly expanding in and out with the breath.

Feel the sensation of the pelvis.

Trace the sensation of your left leg,

The left hip,

Thigh,

Knee,

Shin,

Ankle,

Top of your foot,

All five toes.

Sense and feel sensation of your right leg,

The right hip,

Right thigh,

Knee,

Shin,

Ankle,

Top of the right foot,

And all five toes.

Feel the whole left leg.

Sense and feel the whole right leg.

Sense and feel the soles of both feet.

Both calves.

Back of the knees.

Back of the legs.

Buttocks.

Sense and feel sensation in the lower back.

Middle back.

Upper back.

Back of the neck.

Back of the head.

Crown of the head.

Sense and feel the whole entire left side of your body.

Sense and feel the whole entire right side of your body.

Sense and feel your whole body together.

Your whole entire body together.

Sense and feel the whole body being breathed.

Sense and feel the gentle humming of Mother Earth holding you.

Grounded.

Supported.

Nourished.

Bathed in Mother Earth's consciousness.

Love.

Rest here for a moment in this sensation.

Gently,

When you feel ready,

Invite some slow,

Mindful movements back into your beautiful body.

Crushing your thumbs gently across your fingertips.

Wiggling your toes.

Gentle movement of the head.

Invite a long stretch back into the body.

Gently roll onto your left or right side.

Acclimating back into the space for a moment.

And gently invite yourself up slowly into a seated position.

Your eyes still closed.

Invite the palms to come together at your eyebrow center.

The third eye.

And thoughts towards yourself and others.

Invite your palms together at the lips.

Kind speech to yourself and others.

Invite your palms together at your sacred heart space.

Kind intentions to yourself and others.

Peace and blessings on your journey.
