This meditation begins by gently exploring your surroundings through sight and textures, before closing the eyes to attune to sounds and bodily sensations. You're invited to ground yourself by feeling the surface beneath your hands and sensing safety and support. The practice then shifts inward, encouraging curiosity about physical sensations and calling to mind a moment of joy, gratitude, or strength. You build a personal affirmation from that memory, anchoring it with your breath—inhale the first part, exhale the second—rooting resilience and positivity within your heart space. The session ends by encouraging you to carry this affirmation forward as a calming tool whenever you need it.
