Begin by taking any seated comfortable position.
Inviting in balance between the right and left side of the body.
And feeling the steady stable support below the body.
Start to draw your awareness down to your root chakra.
The root chakra is located at the base of the spine where the perineum is.
The word chakra means wheel.
And the color associated with the root chakra is red.
Sensing in this area a red sphere rotating at the perfect speed.
Now beginning to see roots growing from this chakra.
Roots just like the ones that support a stable steady tree.
These roots begin to lower down through the foundation of where you're located.
Eventually making their way down into the earth.
The roots continue to grow and travel down through each of the layers of the earth.
Eventually making their way to the center.
And at the center of the earth is a silver sphere.
Your strong steady roots wrap around this silver sphere and lock you in.
Pulling up the properties of the earth into your body.
Now drawing your awareness up to the crown chakra at the top of the head.
Seeing a channel of light from the top of the head growing all the way up and connecting to source.
Each of us may have a different definition of source.
Perhaps God,
The universe,
Nature or the sun,
Buddha.
So whatever might resonate with you connect to that higher power.
Acknowledging that the source of light travels up.
But it also travels down from your source towards you,
Towards the crown of your head.
And this channel is open and free from debris or stagnation.
We're going to begin to place three bubbles around our physical and energetic body.
The first one will be the color blue.
The energetic body is about two feet outside of the physical body and so this first bubble will be outside of that area.
Seeing this blue bubble completely surrounding you.
This symbolizes safety and security.
Knowing that there are no rips or tears in your bubble and that you are fully safe and taken care of.
Outside this bubble we will place a gold one.
The gold is to symbolize wisdom,
Definitive answers.
And the third bubble will be the color pink.
This one is outside your energetic field and outside the blue and gold as well.
This bubble symbolizes unconditional love.

Placing this flame outside of all the bubbles and also inviting it inside.
Setting the intention that anything that is not of love and light may not penetrate any of these areas.
And anything that is not of love or light will be transmuted in this violet flame and lifted.
