And as we begin this evening,

Let's just start very simply with our breath.

And as you breathe,

You're just noticing we're not exaggerating,

We're not changing,

Noticing how long your breath is,

Whether it's fluid or stops and continues,

Maybe even also noticing the parts of the body that are moving with the inhale and then releasing with the exhale,

Beginning to expand our awareness to our physical bodies,

Being really exploratory,

Just noticing what might be popping up,

Specifically maybe noticing your neck and your jaw,

Your shoulders.

These are usually parts of the body where we hold tension,

We might feel a little bit of pressure or heaviness,

Noticing our hands,

The way that we just intuitively placed them,

Exploring how they feel,

Whether they feel open,

Maybe perhaps they're settled on a part of your body or alongside the body,

Noticing your belly,

Whether it's open or you're gripping.

And then again,

Expanding your awareness,

Seeing what there is to notice about your physical body this evening.

And just like the breath,

We kept it really simple,

We're not associating meanings,

Because sometimes that gets us stuck,

And sometimes we just make up why we're feeling a certain way.

So let's just simply stick with being exploratory and noticing,

Maybe even also going back to parts of the body that you already noticed and see if there was a shift or a change.

And doing the same with the breath,

Going back to the breath,

Noticing if anything's different,

Even if it's just a teeny bit different,

Maybe it's a little longer or a little bit more fluid.

We're going to begin to change our breath pattern a bit,

We're going to move to our alternate nostril breathing,

We're just going to do it mentally though.

Beginning to focus your attention on the left nostril,

We'll begin to inhale the left side,

And once you finish that,

Exhaling out the right,

Inhaling through the right,

And then exhaling left,

Continuing on through our alternate nostril breathing.

I'd like you to finish up wherever you are,

And we're going to exhale on the left side,

Our more calming,

Relaxed side.

And after you finish,

Beginning to direct your attention into your heart center.

And from this place,

Let's just set an intention surrounding the idea of love,

Whether it's self-love,

Love for somebody else,

Maybe you're working on something specifically,

Keeping it really simple.

And once you have set the intention,

We'll store it right here in our heart center,

Releasing any expectation associated with it,

Even releasing the attention from our heart center,

Traveling down through the channel of all the chakras,

Going into the root chakra at the very bottom,

The base of your spine.

Let's begin to lock ourselves into the earth,

Grounding ourselves,

Opening up our root chakras.

You can even imagine as if it's an eye,

And then we'll begin to open up our heart center,

And we'll begin to open up our eye.

And so it's this red eye,

And the eye just kind of begins to open up in this bright red sphere,

It's underneath that eyelid,

And choosing whether you would like roots or maybe a rope,

Imagining this item beginning to travel down and connect you deep into the earth,

Traveling up from the earth,

Going back through the root or the rope,

Traveling up through your chakras,

Making your way all the way up to the crown of your head.

And the same sort of idea happens,

This eyelid will begin to open up and a beautiful white sphere will be located here.

A channel will begin to connect you all the way up to source light,

So you can begin to watch this white or maybe golden white channel traveling all the way up into this beautiful bright light.

And our definition of source light is different for all of us,

It might be just even connecting to a light,

Removing any fragments and debris from this channel,

Allowing it to be clear and open.

As this channel is connecting into the crown of your head,

We're going to begin to place three bubble circles around ourselves,

And it's going to begin two feet above our heads,

Beginning with a beautiful blue,

Royal blue circle,

Deciding if maybe it goes to the right,

You know that all the way around,

Staying two feet around your entire physical body,

Or maybe perhaps it grows from the top of your head down both sides and connects below you.

This blue sphere around our physical body and aura signifies safety and security.

And now outside of that blue circle,

Blue bubble,

We'll do the same exact thing with a golden sphere,

Sealing you in,

Traveling around the traveling around the physical body in any way that feels right for you.

This bubble symbolizes definitive answers,

Wisdom,

And our third one will be the color pink.

It's outside all of the other spheres.

This one symbolizes unconditional love.

With our physical and energetic bodies protected,

Safe and secure,

We'll begin to invite in our guides.

Your guides are just a team of people that assist you.

Maybe perhaps you sometimes talk to somebody,

Maybe you pray,

Maybe sometimes your gut tells you something.

These can all kind of mean the same exact thing.

And so just beginning to invite in your guides that are of the highest form of light and love,

Demanding that anything that is not of the highest form of light or love may not come through.

And during this time now,

Asking your guides to assist you with the intention that you had set,

Or maybe perhaps at this moment,

You want to ask something else.

I invite you to be quiet,

To be open,

To release expectation of what you might hear or see or feel.

And if you feel like you get caught up in wanting to receive something,

Go back to that alternate nostril breathing.

And I'm going to give you some moments of silence to just be open.

You might hear something,

You might hear something,

You might see something,

You might just know an answer.

Beginning to bring ourselves back into the room,

Coming back to your breath again.

And before we leave our meditation,

Let's ground ourselves one more time.

So going back to that root chakra,

Allowing a rope or roots growing from this area to lock you into the earth.

And connecting with our heart chakra one more time,

Whether you'd like to stack one hand on this area,

The other hand on top,

Or maybe bring your hands into prayer right in front of this area.

Bringing your awareness to the place behind your hands,

Sending love to yourself.

And at this moment,

Deciding if you'd like to keep your intention right in this space,

Or maybe releasing.

The light in me honors the light in each of you.
