Let us begin by taking a few deep breaths together.
Each breath carrying wisdom of relaxation,

Traveling into your body.
And each exhalation giving your body permission to surrender what it no longer needs to carry.
Taking your awareness to the inner world and taking awareness to the outer world.

Notice where you are in this moment.
Are you sitting?
Are you laying down?
What is around you in your environment?
Perhaps there are sounds,
Rustlings,
Nature,
Birds,
Some ambient noise from people,
From others.
The more you become aware of all of these varied elements of your outer reality,
The more you bring your presence into this moment.
Taking your awareness to Mother Earth,
Feeling her great presence beneath you,
Surrounding you.
The land,
The waters,
The sky.
You are immersed within the earth.
You are part of the earth.
As you breathe,
Recognize that you are an extension of Mother Earth.
An integral,
Interconnected participant in this beautiful complex organism.
As you breathe,
Mother Earth breathes.
As she breathes,
You breathe.
In this moment,
Taking your awareness to your mental body,
Your thoughts,
Your ideas,
The concepts,
The belief systems,
Witnessing them gently strolling across your inner sky as clouds.
Just observing,
Watching,
Appreciating.
Taking your awareness to a beautiful field.
Taking a few moments to notice the nature around you,
The trees,
The grass,
The sun,
The sky,
The clouds.
This warm ambience,
Feeling Mother Earth naturally diffusing tensions,
Anxieties within your body.
As you take each step with your bare feet,
Exploring this meadow gently,
Playfully,
Carefree.
In the distance,
Across the meadow,
Is a gentle hill contouring from the land which draws your attention.
As you are walking towards it,
Beginning to notice the perspective changing around you.
And after some time,
You find yourself upon the top of this hill,
Looking around you in all directions at the beauty of this land.
Just feeling this higher perspective,
Giving you a sense of ease as your burdens roll down the hill.
Your anxieties,
Your worries naturally roll away from this perspective.
As you sit upon this hill,
Turn your gaze upwards towards the sky.
Brilliant,
White,
Billowing clouds are gently drifting across.
A flock of birds swim across the sky.
And the sunlight begins to emerge directly down upon you.
Feeling the warmth and gaze of the sun as you drink in this nectar,
This solar energy.
Feel the sunlight filling you up from the inside with peace and warmth.
And then becoming aware of what is actually filling up.
Is it the sun?
Or is it your own warmth,
Your own peace that is being evoked by the sun,
By this experience?
Notice that you have a love,
A joy,
Peace within you that is arising.
Feeling this joy and peace,
An unconditional love that is already within you,
An ancient presence,
Your soul presence,
Source itself,
Behind everything.
Facing the source presence in the grass around your body,
Across all of creation around you,
The sky,
The clouds,
Source,
Within all that is,
As you bring your awareness into yourself.
Feeling the joy of creation in meeting who you are in this moment,
Without judgement,
Without need for you to be anyone else.
The joys,
The insecurities,
The strengths,
The weaknesses,
The confidence,
The doubts,
All of them an expression of source through the personality that is you.
Remembering you are here experiencing being human,
Being flawed,
Being separate,
Enjoying what it feels like to incarnate with the physical body,
To play the game of forgetting who you are and journeying towards remembering who you are,
Of experiencing what it is like to not have the answers,
To not have the tools,
To not have the direction,
To not know who you are,
Where you are going,
What is happening within you.
To experience challenges,
To experience opportunities,
To experience adventure,
To experience refining through falling down and getting up,
To experience what it is like to lack and then to have,
What it is like to have and then to lose,
What it is like to lose and then to find,
And what is behind all of those experiences.
In the distance,
A beautiful orb is appearing upon the horizon,
Glowing and emanating an iridescent light.
Although stationary on the horizon,
It seems to be playfully dancing.
It is this energy you are tuning into,
An energy of playfulness.
There is a magnetism between you and this orb and upon feeling your invitation,
It gracefully glides across the valleys and moves towards you,
Noticing it getting larger upon its approach and has the same size as your physical body.
There is a great love that builds and builds as it approaches you,
Feeling this great light moving towards you and then beginning to merge with your entire being,
As you feel yourself encased,
Immersed and merging with Source Presence.
In this place,
Allow yourself to surrender.
Allow yourself to be in the hands of the Creator.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go.
Surrender your thoughts to me.
Surrender your desires to me.
Surrender your expectations to me.
Surrender your experiences to me.
Surrender your wants to me.
Surrender your past to me.
Surrender your future to me.
Surrender your story to me.
Surrender your personality to me.
What are you left with beloved?
Surrender that to me.
Surrender your past to me.

After some time,
Feeling this beautiful awe beginning to lift.
The joy still remaining within you.
It is your joy.
This sphere of light has simply activated what is already within you.
Watching this orb gently glide across the valleys back towards the horizon.
It is your joy.
This sphere of light has simply activated what is already within you.
And with each breath breathing back into your body.
And in this place,
Revel in your peace,
Your joy,
Your love,
Your connection.
Embodying this experience,
Embodying this moment,
Embodying who you are.
As you recognize by activating and accessing this deeper part of who you are.
You have brought this deeper state of awareness into your present state of awareness.
Allow it to live through you.
Allow it to teach you.
Allow it to guide you.
Allow it to remind you that you have come here to enjoy the human experience.
Bring your awareness back into your body and grounding,
Earthing,
Anchoring.
Breathing up.
The energy of the earth and breathing out.
