Merging With Your Higher Self

Welcome.

If you are here,

You have been divinely summoned.

This moment was written in the stars and destined to happen.

You are being called to step up into your power,

Your soul's truth.

When you were born,

You knew you would be led astray.

You knew external dark forces would condition your mind,

Program it,

And try to dim your light.

Now you are being called to remember who you are.

All of the past events,

Experiences,

And people you have met have led you to this moment,

Merging with the highest expression of you.

I want you to close your eyes,

Begin to bring your attention to your heart space.

With every exhale,

Melt a little deeper to the earth.

With every inhale,

Fill further with this beautiful force of love.

Bring your awareness,

Your seed of consciousness down from your heart all the way through to the crystalline center core of the earth,

Connecting you,

Grounding you to earth's energy,

To cleanse.

Just allow your stress and tension to melt deeper and deeper into the earth,

Letting it all go.

This cord connects your soul to the earth through your body.

It anchors you and roots you down in order for your consciousness to rise.

And so your consciousness,

Your seed of awareness starts to rise up from the earth in a swirling vortex of energy,

Moving through your root chakra,

Your muladhara chakra,

Where your security,

Grounding,

And survival instinct are keeping you tethered to the earth.

And it starts to move slowly up to the sacral chakra,

Your sexuality center where your emotions are stored.

And it cleanses and clears as you see it move through the center.

And it moves up all the way to the solar plexus chakra,

The manipura chakra,

Right where your energy and your power and your zest for life is housed.

And it clears it out,

Renews it,

Restores it.

And it moves up to the heart chakra,

The anahata chakra,

Moving around the center of love and hope and compassion,

Giving it love.

This energy moves up all the way to your throat chakra,

Your center for communication and creativity and healing.

And it clears any blocks in your throat.

And next it moves up to the third eye chakra,

The center of intuition,

Your psychic abilities or clairvoyance.

It just clears and cleanses.

And finally,

It moves to your crown chakra,

Your center of understanding,

Your center of cosmic consciousness,

Where you are connected to a higher realm.

You stare down at your body.

And you just stared at for a few moments as it sits there,

Resting,

Breathing.

And above your body,

You start to move up and up above the building and space that you're in,

Into the sky,

Through the clouds and past Earth's atmosphere into outer space,

Beyond the stars and planets of our solar system and galaxy.

You move past a white light,

A black shadow and a white light into the dense jelly like liquid of the laws of the universe.

You swim through and you start to move towards the light right above you.

You emerge from the liquid almost as if out of water to the surface.

You look around,

You find yourself in an iridescent,

Infinite space.

In the distance,

You see someone approaching you.

As they draw closer,

Waves of unconditional love start to swell within your being every step they take towards you.

This is you,

Your highest self,

Now standing right in front of you.

See how you carry yourself with worthiness.

See the light energy you radiate.

See the blissful smiling expression your face carries.

See the fine clothes that adorn you and the crown upon your head.

Now listen to the words your higher self longs for you to hear.

I am the eternal omnipresent intelligent being that calls to you.

I am the real you,

The soul consciousness part of you.

I am unlimited and eternal.

I guide you with powers of intuition.

We are always connected.

I am the tenderness and gentleness you call upon in moments of tragedy,

Trauma or pain.

I come when you ask for help.

I take your fear,

Unworthiness and despair.

I cradle it with my love.

I transmute pain and suffering over and over again.

I am the source of light that is your greatest ally in any mental battle you may be having with yourself or with others.

Listen all that I am always here to help you heal from any wounds life may cause.

You have a choice to choose me and call upon me when you feel lost in the moments that trigger you.

You are being called dear one to step up out of your comfort zone to rise not for yourself but for the service of humanity.

Embodying me will allow you to anchor more light onto earth raising the collective consciousness so merge me now into your heart love.

Call me forth to help you navigate your life.

That's right.

You have the power to call me into form with you.

You can choose.

All it takes is a conscious breath.

With every inhale you draw in more and more of your higher self's essence to your heart.

You feel the light cleansing the wounds and fears from the walls of your heart.

And with every exhale you breathe out these fears.

You come pouring out and your higher self grabs them and you watch her swaddle them and rock them back and forth giving them tender love as they calm down.

You see your fears of unworthiness not being safe secure or protected not being lovable not being or having enough your fears of uncertainty.

Your fears of maybe your health or your family members health.

Your fear of the current state of the world you see.

Your higher self simply gives them love and you watch them transform before your very eyes.

Your higher self says to you it's time to begin following the purpose of your life.

Ignore others opinions of what you're supposed to do.

Focus on achieving your life's purpose.

Look within to find your answers.

I will be here connected to your heart to guide you in the right direction.

Your quality of life is about to improve in ways you've always dreamed of.

So affirm to yourself every day these affirmations.

I am overcoming my unpleasant experiences of the past and the need to control the future to just be in the present.

I accept myself.

I have everything I need.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

I believe in myself.

I remain grounded in the ebbs and flow of life.

My life flows with clarity and ease as everything falls into place.

I trust the universe has my back.

I focus on the good in every moment and give gratitude.

I choose to see the beauty in every person and in every moment.

I see anger and frustration in people's eyes and I offer them compassion and love.

I allow myself to fully embrace my emotions.

I am a reflection of pure,

Divine love in the world.

I carry positive vibrations and frequencies that attract beautiful people to me.

My main focus is to do things that make me feel good so the universe can deliver to me what I desire.

I know what I want and I will bring my dreams to life.

I am here to impact lives,

Heal others on all levels and be of service.

My life is extraordinary and filled with happiness,

Joy and laughter.

As you integrate these beautiful words,

You continue to stare into your higher self's eyes.

Just feel your oneness and connection.

And you both reach out to embrace each other with a hug.

Your higher self hugs you and off you go back into the jelly-like liquid as you both begin falling back towards Earth.

Your bodies twist and dance in unison as you both move past the white light,

The black light,

The white light and back into the galaxy.

You move into our Earth's solar system,

Past the planets and stars,

Ascending down through Earth's atmosphere,

Back into the space where your heart beats and where your body is.

And as soon as you enter back into your body,

You feel your higher self snap perfectly into a space within your heart that was made just for her.

And there she sits upon a throne within your heart,

There for you when you need advice,

Guiding you along your journey as you continue to embody her and bring more light to Earth.

So just bring your awareness from your heart space where she stays,

All the way back down to Earth to anchor you here on this physical plane we call reality.

Reconnect back down to Earth's energy to cleanse and clear your energy once more.

Just gather Earth's beautiful,

Supportive,

Grounding,

Cleansing energy and bring it back up to your body where you currently sit or lay.

Just come back to the present moment.

Take notice of your soul back in your body.

Take notice for a moment the love and life force that permeates every cell of your being.

Give thanks to yourself for showing up to do this work and being receptive to receive this transmission from your higher self.

You are so powerful when you tap into the energy of letting go to receive.

And now is the time to fully receive your divine blessings and birthright of abundance,

Soul fulfillment and freedom.

Now is the time to trust and surrender to the process and integrate the downloads you just received.

Let the universe handle everything.

Keep giving thanks.

Keep doing the inner work.

Keep showing up.
