Hello and welcome.

I hope you are ready for a deep,

Restful,

And delicious sleep.

To prepare yourself for this state,

Please allow all distractions to be turned off and silenced before the meditation begins.

You will be entering into a deep state of meditation,

And it is best to do this uninterrupted.

Headphones are also preferred.

So bring yourself into a comfortable position,

Laying down in your bed,

And gather all the necessary blankets and pillows you may want.

And once you find yourself in a good position,

Just begin to come still.

You are now in this moment and nowhere else.

Begin to tune into your natural breath.

Bring awareness to how your breath occurs right now.

Feel your chest expand with your inhale and fall with every exhale.

Feel the cold sensation of oxygen flow into your body through your nostrils,

And sense the warm oxygen leave your body through your nostrils on your exhale.

Inhale in love,

Compassion,

And calmness.

Exhale out tension,

Stress,

And worry.

And as you continue to breathe,

Begin to tune your body to your natural breath.

Continue to breathe.

Begin to tune your breath into the sound of my counting.

Loosen the muscles in your cheeks.

Feel the weight of your head resting gently on the surface beneath you.

You are supported.

So let your head go.

Feel your eyes release their hold.

Feel your forehead melt into bliss.

Allow your arms to lay heavily on the bed.

And they sink further as you release them.

Release your right arm.

Your right elbow.

Your right wrist.

Your right hand.

Release your left arm.

Your left elbow.

Let your chest sink deeper with every exhale.

Feel your spine relax.

Feel your stomach calm.

Sense your hips sinking deeper.

Feel your right thigh let go.

Your right shin.

Your right ankle.

Your right foot.

Left ankle.

Left foot.

Now sense your whole body drift deeper into deep delicious sleep.

There's nowhere else in the world you should be right now but here.

Amazing music πŸ™ Really enjoyed this meditation ❀️ I got a bit confused thoug by the sound of the bell and the speaking/counting regarding the breathing in and out. I was not quite sure how to do that/what to do? But the rest of it I loved πŸ™ And will definitely listen to it again ❀️
