To prepare yourself for this state,

You will be entering into a deep state of meditation,

So bring yourself into a comfortable position,
Laying down in your bed,
And gather all the necessary blankets and pillows you may want.
And once you find yourself in a good position,
Just begin to come still.
You are now in this moment and nowhere else.
Begin to tune into your natural breath.
Bring awareness to how your breath occurs right now.
Feel your chest expand with your inhale and fall with every exhale.
Feel the cold sensation of oxygen flow into your body through your nostrils,
And sense the warm oxygen leave your body through your nostrils on your exhale.
Inhale in love,
Compassion,
And calmness.
Exhale out tension,
Stress,
And worry.
And as you continue to breathe,
Begin to tune your body to your natural breath.
