Mind Garden | Financial Freedom Seeds

Your mind is a garden. It has rich soil where new seeds encoded with specific information can be planted to grow into the most beautiful creations our eyes can see with time, nutrients, water, sunlight, and love. In this series of Mind Garden, you will have new seeds of financial freedom planted while removing all subconscious blocks to abundance.

This meditation is for: those interested in attracting financial abundance into their life.

This month on Mind Garden,

Financial freedom seeds.

May these seeds of encoded information grow deep into the fertile soil of your subconscious mind and grow strong,

Grounding roots with the help of the sun,

Water,

Soil,

Repeated love and of course,

Time.

May these seeds help you grow to your fullest potential,

Tap into the abundance that you already are and bear you the most delicious,

Juicy financial prosperity fruit and due time.

I invite you now to close your eyes.

Just begin to deepen your breathing.

Bring your awareness to your body and how it feels in this moment.

As you take every inhale in,

Fill your lungs up with love and exhale audibly out of the mouth,

Releasing all tension.

Take another deep breath in and exhale,

Release,

Allow all the stress,

Tension,

Worry to melt away with each exhale.

And bring your awareness to your heart space and place your hand over your heart.

Feel your heart beat.

Tap into the intelligence that your heart holds.

Begin to bring your awareness from your heart down your torso,

Through your spine,

All the way past your sexuality center,

Moving it through your hips,

Through your legs,

Your knees,

Your shins.

Just run your awareness all the way down to the center of earth as if there's a cord just tethering your body,

Grounding you into this present moment.

And we're going to bring some of earth's beautiful grounding energy back up through this cord that tethers you down.

And earth energy runs up through this cord moving through your root chakra,

Which is at the base of your tailbone,

It moves up to your sacral chakra,

Your womb space or sexuality center,

Moves all the way up to your solar plexus,

The place where your willpower and strength is held.

Earth's grounding energy moves up all the way back to your heart chakra,

Clearing away any cords that might be attached to it today.

And earth energy moves up to your throat chakra,

Dusting away anything that might be holding you back from expressing who you are.

And earth energy moves up with you and your awareness to your third eye.

We will pause and cleanse and clear anything that might be blocking your third eye,

Your vision that allows you to see what is beyond the physical.

And with your third eye cleansed,

I'm going to call in your higher self,

Your guides and your angels to come in through your crown chakra and assist you in going deep into your master cell.

And with their loving presence,

Begin to drop your awareness,

Your consciousness,

Your essence and all that you are into your pineal gland or your master cell or your mind garden is.

As you land in your mind garden,

You start to bring awareness to your feet as you look down.

You look up at the sky and the clouds.

You look around and you see butterflies moving from flower to flower.

You feel the sun on your skin and the wind in your hair.

You hear the birds chirping around you.

Take notice of how your mind garden looks today for you.

Are there weeds to pull that represent the limiting thoughts,

Beliefs,

Behaviors that we have?

Or does your mind garden look ready for more seeds to be planted with the soil and ground looking ready and fertile?

Do you see sprouts starting to come up today?

Do you see giant bushes or trees starting to bear fruit?

And every time you come to your mind garden,

Just pause and take notice of where your mind garden is at currently.

We will begin to plant seeds now into the deep subconscious soil of your mind and just know that with every phrase and word and affirmation you hear,

Imagine in your mind's eye that you are looking at the seed in your hand.

And as you hear it,

You're planting it into the ground.

Let us begin now by planting the seeds of financial freedom.

Financial freedom is a right,

Not a privilege.

I am having a financially secure life.

I am more than my income.

Saving money is an inborn skill I own.

I do not stress over money.

I further my knowledge all the time and my professional value grows constantly.

I have respect for money.

I spend money only on things I love.

Life is abundant.

The richer I become,

The more I help others gain wealth.

My health and happiness are my highest priority.

Money is a facilitating tool.

I deserve to have the life I've always dreamt of.

I am at peace with having a lot of money.

I can handle the success that's coming my way.

Money comes to me easily and effortlessly.

I love myself and I am good enough to be rich.

My financial future is secure.

I set myself free of all limiting beliefs.

I let go of all my fears around money.

Money and spirituality can coexist in harmony.

My income allows me to choose how to live my life.

I choose prosperity over fear.

The more I work on my inner peace,

Begin to bring your attention and your awareness back out to your body from your master cell and your mind garden.

Back to the present moment where your body sits or lays.

Just bring your awareness all the way down your body,

Grounding you back to that grounding cord slowly beginning to deepen your breath.

Beginning to wiggle your toes,

Your hands,

Your feet to start to bring your awareness back to where you are.
