Water Love Practice

If there is magic on this earth, it is contained in water. This divine substance has been around for millions of years sustaining life on earth. Our bodies are composed of 75% water! Researchers have discovered the cosmic intelligence in water. It takes on the energy of what it is surrounded by. So in this practice, you will need a glass of water because we are going to send love and gratitude to our water before it becomes us. Make this a daily practice to see huge internal changes!
