Monk Mode Society is quiet practice for heavy days. This work is for real life: after the shift, before the house wakes up, in the parked car, at 3 a.m., in the middle of grief, burnout, anger, money fear, overthinking, and the hard weeks nobody claps for. I’m Juan Vega — a Buddhist layman, veteran, father, artist, writer, and Street Dharma teacher. I translate the Buddha’s path into grounded practices for people carrying real pressure: workers, parents, veterans, artists, caregivers, insomniacs, and anyone trying to stay human in a loud world. Here you’ll find breathwork, Dharma talks, guided meditations, sleep stories, spoken-word teachings, courses, and sound-based practice rooted in everyday suffering and everyday freedom.
