Lektion 1
Welcome & Why This Matters
In this opening lesson, you will discover the foundation of everything this course is built on — that fear was never meant to be your home. We'll explore why so many of us live in a constant state of worry, and why that is not the life God designed for you. Rooted in 2 Timothy 1:7, this lesson sets the tone for the transformation ahead and invites you into a journey toward real, lasting peace.
Lektion 2
Understanding Your Fear
Before we can break free from fear, we have to be willing to look at it honestly. In this lesson, we explore how fear shows up differently for each of us and why naming what we carry is the first step toward freedom. Anchored in Psalm 139:23–24, you will be guided through a simple but powerful coaching exercise called the fear inventory — a practice of bringing your deepest worries into the light so they lose their power over you.
Lektion 3
The Worry Loop And How To Break It
Worry has a way of going in circles — and there's actually a reason for that. In this lesson, we take a closer look at how anxious thought patterns form and repeat in the brain, and why that is not a character flaw but simply how we are wired. Rooted in Romans 12:2 and Philippians 4:8, you will learn a practical three-question thought reframe tool that helps you step out of the worry loop and redirect your mind toward what is actually true.
Lektion 4
Title: Surrender As A Practice Not A One-Time Event
Surrender is one of the most talked about concepts in faith circles — and one of the most misunderstood. In this lesson, we unpack what it actually looks like to let go of anxiety daily, rather than as a single moment of prayer. Anchored in 1 Peter 5:7 and Matthew 6:25–27, you will be introduced to a simple surrender rhythm you can practice every morning to hand your worries to God before the noise of the day begins.
Lektion 5
I'm Ready To Start My Surrender Rhythm Tomorrow Morning And See What Shifts
So much of what we worry about isn't actually happening — it's the what-ifs, the maybes, and the things we simply cannot control. In this lesson, we explore why uncertainty fuels anxiety and what it looks like to release the unknowns into God's hands rather than trying to think our way to certainty. Anchored in Proverbs 3:5–6 and Isaiah 26:3, you will work through a simple two-column coaching exercise that helps you clearly identify what is yours to steward and what is God's to hold.
Lektion 6
Building A Peace Practice
Peace is not simply the absence of anxiety — it is something we actively cultivate through the rhythms and habits of our daily lives. In this lesson, we explore what it looks like to build a sustainable peace practice rooted in scripture and practical coaching tools. Anchored in Philippians 4:6–7 and Isaiah 30:15, you will be introduced to a simple three-part peace anchor — prayer, stillness, and gratitude — that when practiced consistently has the power to quietly transform the atmosphere of your everyday life.
Lektion 7
What To Do When Fear Comes Back
Breaking free from fear is not a linear journey — and knowing how to respond when anxiety returns is just as important as the tools we build along the way. In this lesson, we explore why fear coming back does not mean failure, and what it looks like to meet it with wisdom rather than shame. Anchored in Psalm 56:3 and John 14:27, you will build a simple personal response plan so that when fear shows up again, you know exactly what to do and where to turn.
Lektion 8
Living Unafraid — Your Next Steps
You made it — and that is worth celebrating. In this final lesson, we pause to acknowledge how far you have come and consolidate everything you have learned throughout this course. Anchored in Joshua 1:9 and Romans 8:15, this lesson serves as a commissioning moment — a send-off that reminds you who God says you are, what you now carry with you, and how to keep walking in peace long after this course ends. You are not the same person who started Lesson 1. Something has shifted. Go live unafraid.
