This three-part course introduces you to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, a simple somatic practice that combines acupressure points with spoken intention to help calm the nervous system and process difficult emotions. You will start with the foundations of tapping, learning the key points and how to use them, before moving into a practice for stress and burnout, and a final session designed to shift feelings of lack into genuine gratitude. No prior experience is needed. Each session can be used on its own or as part of a regular practice.

EFT Tapping Explanation ~ Start Here
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a powerful somatic practice that combines ancient acupressure with modern psychology to regulate the nervous system and release emotional stress. By gently tapping on specific meridian points while acknowledging difficult emotions, you signal safety to your body and create space for new neural pathways to form. In this foundational video, Gracie explains the purpose and power of EFT, guiding you through the nine tapping points we use in every Soluna sequence: karate chop, above the eye, side of the eye, below the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, and top of the head. She also breaks down our three-round approach to validate present emotions, open the mind, then instil a new belief within your nervous system. We like to keep things real - and that's why we include raw footage at the start and end of each clip of us sharing what we love! A starter reference for all EFT practices in our library.

EFT Tapping ~ For Stress & Burnout
Burnout doesn't always arrive all at once. It builds quietly - in the racing heart, the shortened breath, the constant rushing between places. In multitasking, the mounting expectations, and the slow, creeping feeling that you're drowning rather than living. Whether you work in a demanding role, have clients, family commitments, dependents or anything between, the weight of it is real. This practice begins by acknowledging exactly that. Because before we can shift, we have to be honest about where we are. In this video, Anna guides you through a somatic practice that first honours the stress and anxiety held in the body and mind - then gently opens the door to a new way of being. Through breath and regulation, we create space between the stimulus and the response. Space to choose. Space to remember that you are not behind, not broken and certainly not alone in this. Stress is part of being human. But so is resilience. So is the capacity to return to calm.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines focused intention with rhythmic tapping on the body's meridian points - helping to quiet the noise of the mind and reconnect you with the present moment. When paired with gratitude, it becomes one of the most effective tools for shifting your perspective and resetting your emotional state. It's easy to move through our days on autopilot - heads full, hearts disconnected, forgetting the abundance that already exists in our lives. This practice creates a pause. A moment to soften, to breathe and to remember. In this video, Gracie guides you through a gratitude-based tapping sequence she returns to frequently. Whether you begin your day with it or use it to close, this practice offers a quiet reset - helping you arrive in the day ahead or find peace with the one that's passed. It's normal to yawn, feel emotional, or feel suddenly tired. Simply stay open to your own experience and meet whatever arises with grace.
