Root Chakra - 396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency - LAM

Today we’re starting with 396 Hz Solfeggio frequency which corresponds to root chakra, its’ color is red and the mantra is LAM. Associated emotions may include safety, feeling comfortable with who you are and letting go of fear. Theta wave binaural beat will help us to get into meditative state quickly and you can repeat LAM mantra with me if you feel like doing so. It will help deepen the healing effect. Feel your root chakra cleansing and letting go of energy that no longer serves you while in the same time it becoming active and vital fresh healing energy is coming in.

Sacral Chakra - 417 Hz Solfeggio Frequency - VAM

Today we’re using 417 Hz Solfeggio frequency track which corresponds to sacral chakra. Its’ color is orange and the mantra is VAM. Associated emotions may include desire, creativity or guilt.
