Forgiveness Consciousness

There is a step that we have forgotten to release ourselves and the other from the bond of misery that we perform for each other. We clutter up our life as we seek the desire of our heart - the peace, the love, the compassion - and do not release the first messenger in our life that revealed to you a contrast so that you would choose something else.

Let's take a deep breath.

And then drop in.

Breathe out,

Relax,

Relax your body deeply down into the space where you are.

We're so grateful for this beautiful mind,

This beautiful body,

And this beautiful life.

And for what it is that we are experiencing as our own unique delightful being.

And right now,

In the space that we have created that is a sanctuary,

A healing pod,

A gracious space,

We reclaim our sovereign divine light energy.

Imagine that you can connect into your center,

Your solar plexus,

Where your illumination of this life journey was placed,

The divine and sacred agreement for being here,

Your life purpose,

And all the accomplishments that will come through you as a unique being that nobody else can bring in just you.

And as you connect to your center,

Your solar plexus,

Remember that you are a divine being of light and love.

You are the very breath of the divine.

And that you were gifted with this journey,

And there was an agreement that you would be part of it.

And all the gifts that you have that are your form,

Your voice,

Your talents,

Your abilities,

Your insight,

Myriad of our potentials.

All of these are encoded within that we come fully loaded for this life journey,

That every single thing that we need to reach into will be here at the perfect moment.

And it will reveal itself to us,

And it will guide us and hold us,

Our intuition,

Clear avoidance,

Clear audience,

Clear sentience,

Clear cognizance,

Our ability to know and understand and feel through our enteric system,

Everything that will guide us in the most wonderful and perfect way,

The inner compass,

It is already within us.

Where you rest now,

Ask your body to rest into that awareness.

I am divinely and uniquely encoded within for the magnificence of this life journey.

And feel the power and the strength of that.

And know that you are complete and whole.

There is nothing that is missing.

There is no gap in you.

And that at the right moment,

In the perfect moment,

The skill or the guidance that it will help you,

That will give you the abilities,

The insight,

These will awaken at the perfect moment.

They will awaken in you and through you.

And you'll wonder how you ever did that,

That you were always encoded for this journey.

Ask your whole mind and body to drop deeply into that as trust,

Falling back into the wings of angels.

I can trust me.

I can trust that I have been encoded.

And like the caterpillar that turns itself into goop before it becomes that beautiful butterfly emerging from the chrysalis.

In that goopy liquid state,

All its cells that said,

I am a caterpillar transform,

Imaginal cells is what they call them.

And I am encoded in the same wondrous way.

The imaginal cells of my being are ready to awaken.

We know this because there is a deep longing in all of us,

A calling from our heart,

A longing and a desire.

We can feel this as a heartbreak and heartache.

Draw your awareness to your beautiful heart and think about what it is that you long for and desire.

Think about your family and friends and what they are bringing to you as an understanding.

And we get caught up in the significance or the seeming significance of the drama,

The performance.

But imagine that we could step off the stage and sit in the audience just for a moment and view again what it is that is being presented to us from the place of witness.

And imagine that we could get the tone or the essence energy.

What is it that is being revealed to me through this performance,

Through the story,

Through these words,

Through this action?

And we'll know exactly what it is because our heart has already worked it out.

Our heart longs for the exact opposite of this confusion,

This place of hardship and despair and longing,

Anger and revenge and guilt and shame and blame.

In every situation that we have ever played in,

Where the disappointment has come in,

Our heart has always said,

I wish it could be,

If only it could be,

We know exactly what our heart is calling in.

Connect now to your heart's desire.

What is your heart calling in?

That this life journey that you have experienced to this point is nudging you to see.

Nothing is random.

No person in our life is a mistake.

But what is a sadness is that we don't see what their performance has offered us.

And if we don't get it from the one who is close to us,

And we choose to have a different way of showing up in the world,

We notice that the same pattern comes in.

Because someone has got to deliver the message.

We are to receive that message.

Think about the messages that have been coming into you through your life journey.

What has been showing up?

What has my heart been calling for?

What do I seek?

And we seek the comfort and the ease,

The lightness,

The love,

The gentleness,

The companionship,

We seek that.

And that is exactly what we're supposed to do.

But there is one other step that while we are seeking that which is the exact opposite,

And playing with it so that it can become a reality as if we are bringing it into reality which we are.

As we create and play with it and enjoy it,

We bring it into this reality.

But we forget the step just before that.

The one who showed us just before,

Through their behavior and their performing,

What it is that was the contrast.

The one who showed us that we said,

I cannot put up with you anymore.

It wasn't the person that we couldn't put up with.

It was the performance.

And the performance was a show to remind us what it is that our heart was to desire,

What we were to bring in because we love and long for it and call it in with all our heart and all our soul.

Imagine right now that you can go to the turning point when your heart understood the contrast in whatever situation comes to mind for you now.

Even if it was difficult and challenging in some way,

Allow yourself to be there with it.

Allow yourself to be in that place where you say,

I don't want this anymore.

And imagine yourself stepping off the stage production of it and sitting a little while in the audience and look at the show that was revealing something highly valid to you.

What was it?

What did we need to see?

And get that,

Understand it because you will through your own divine heart.

As you sit in the audience,

You will be saying,

If only it could be,

What is that could be?

And in this exact moment,

We can view the other,

The one who showed us the contrast,

We can only know by reflection.

We can only choose when there is contrast.

It awakens the choice within,

The ones who choose the free will,

The gift,

The only gift that will bring us through this entire mess that we've created is the activation of our free will.

We want to choose and the heart is calling.

And in this moment,

While you sit off the stage and watching the show that caused you such great distress,

Imagine that you see the production for what it was.

It was a way to show and reveal.

And in this moment,

With all your heart and all your love,

With the love of the divine that heightens our capacity to see beyond our normal human form,

Awareness.

With that love and that compassion and that depth of understanding,

Imagine that you could say in your mind to the one that brought the discomfort to you,

Thank you.

Thank you for showing me so clearly what it is that I needed to awaken.

Thank you for showing me so clearly what it is that I would not wish to choose,

Which gives me the strength to choose something else and create that something else to activate the creator in me,

The co-creator in this life journey.

And imagine that you could thank them for their performance,

That production.

And if you were the stage manager,

You would pay them and then send them on their way.

You would pay them with your gratitude and let them get off the stage so that you can get up at the end of that production and walk out of that theater and walk into the place that you choose to play in now because you know exactly what that is because your heart has never forgotten.

That is the gift of our interacting.

And that is the reason why we are encoded with all the hardships and all the struggles from way,

Way back.

Because no one did this point,

No one took the time to do the releasing and the letting go.

In the simplest act,

We can do that as we have right now.

There was no hardship for us.

There was nothing awful that's going to happen to us.

We just offer a gentle gift,

A forgiveness,

A kindness,

And we send them on their way.

We release them with all our heart and all our soul.

And now think about it as you do and know it from your mortal form,

What it is that you have just done.

Think about being the guardian of a child,

The caretaker,

The teacher,

The parent,

The grandparent.

We can play with this energy.

Think about being the guardian of a child that you absolutely love.

And think about that child misbehaving,

Difficult as can be.

So challenging,

Especially when they're little toddlers.

So difficult,

So strong-willed,

So challenging,

So exhausting.

And think about the times when you might have thought,

If they could just go to sleep now and I could have a break.

And then that little one does go to sleep,

Exhausted from their days performing and activities.

And you walk into the room where that little one is resting.

And you look at their sweet little face and the overwhelming love that you feel for that little soul.

And all that anger and frustration swept away in a moment.

There was no anger towards that little one.

And in that moment,

We understand that because that little form was resting,

There was no performing.

And we were always judging the performing,

Not the form.

And in this moment,

We know what it feels like to love without condition,

Unconditional love.

And translate that image now to the letting go and the releasing of those who have caused great despair and hardship in your life.

Let the performance be done and let the form be unconditionally released.

Release,

Let go,

And let go.

That is such a gracious gift.

And you give this gift to you and to the rest of your life to unfold.

And you give this gift to release that one from being the messenger of this hardship and the agreement that they created with you to show up in this way.

And it reminds you that you said,

I would forgive you.

No matter how badly you behaved,

I would forgive you.

Allow yourself to remember that.

That's beautiful.

As you hold the center cord,

This beautiful thread of light,

See it as a cord,

A healing cord going right through the center of your body.

Feel it anchoring you into this earth,

Helping you to stand up in your role of who you are in your beautiful,

Unique,

Sovereign being of light and love,

Able to bring in the gifts that you alone can bring in.

See yourself standing up in your magnificence and then taking the steps towards what it is that you truly desire with your heart and your soul.

And as you see yourself moving towards that,

Feel like you are holding this energy at your center,

At your solar plexus,

As if you were holding a flashlight here that could illuminate a dark pathway.

And before you would just try and navigate it in the dark and hope for the best.

But now you have the light of awareness.

And before you take that next step,

Just switching on that light,

The divine light within,

And let the divine light illuminate the path ahead of you so that your ease of motion,

Walk,

Your journey can be fully illuminated if you are holding this light at your center.

And you are choosing to walk in that beautiful,

Fully illuminated light.

And imagine that you could turn in any direction and you will light up that pathway.

Feel how easy it is to understand that there is no right and wrong,

Good or bad,

Better or worse,

That every single journey that you could possibly do in this life journey is the right one when you are fully connecting to the divine light within.

You can go in any direction.

You can be with anyone in any way,

In any place,

Any time,

And you will know the pathway and the pathway will light up for you ease and flow of grace.

That is wonderful.

Just breathe that through now.

Ask your body to drop heavily into that knowing,

Into that deep assurance.

Ask your whole being to relax deeply here.

There is nothing to do,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to create.

In this space,

You are held and loved.

In this life journey,

You are held,

Loved,

Honored,

Raised here.

Just rest.

Whatever needs to unfold,

It unfolds now.

Whatever needs to be released,

May it be released now.

Through all time,

Through all fields,

Through all dimensions,

I give absolute permission for this beautiful mind,

Body and being to release all pain and all hardship,

All struggle,

All difficulties,

All memories that were challenging,

Releasing this now.

I open my heart to forgiveness,

Kindness,

Unconditional love.

I ask that this energy moves beyond me into the collective consciousness,

That all beings,

All life can feel this light of the inner illumination.

May the wellness of my being be like one cell,

One beautiful,

Healthy cell in a body that begins to create more of itself and the whole body becomes healthy.

Imagine we as each human capsule is just like that,

One beautiful cell that has the potential to create more of itself,

More of the health,

The vitality,

The beauty,

The strength.

See every cell inside your body creating in this way now,

Orchestrating the flow,

The vital life force,

Reinvigorating,

Strengthening,

Reviving,

Revitalizing every cell,

Bone,

Nerve,

Tissue,

Every fiber,

Every atom,

Every mitochondria,

Every telomere of your being,

Activating fully now for your wellness.

Send this beautiful energy like radiant light out from you to all other life,

To all beings,

To all places of pain,

Emotional,

Spiritual,

Cognitive,

Physical.

May this be a healing balm.

Hold it.

Breathe,

Relax.

Ah,

Just relax deeply.

With this energy moving in you,

Through you,

And around you,

Continue to hold this as long as you possibly can.

And when you come back into this world gently and sweetly,

Drink a lot of water and allow yourself to walk gently with yourself.

This is spiritual surgery.

It is more profound than we can ever even realize.

And it's the greatest gift that we can give through the awareness of who we are as a mind,

Body,

And a being,

And a being of love and light.

May this bring you great joy,

Delight,

Happiness,

Wellness,

Flow,

Ease,

Abundance,

Laughter,

Companionship in your life.

May you be blessed.

May all those with whom you connect in this life feel that blessing through you.
