Just begin by gently closing down your eyes.
I want you to now think about somebody that you love.
You can include more than one person here.
And what I'd like you to do is just imagine that they're standing here in front of you.
When you feel like their loving presence is here,
We're now going to send them some loving kindness.
May you be healthy.
May you be happy.
May you live with peace.
And may you live with ease.
Just taking your hand now and placing it on your heart center.
I just want you to pay attention to any sensations that are in your heart right now.
Is there warmth there?
Connectedness?
Gratefulness?
Peace?
Just allowing these good feelings to truly affect you.
Swelling around your heart,
Your mind,
And your fingertips.
Just taking a beautiful inhale here through the nose,
And a slow exhale out of your mouth.
And now just gently opening up your eyes.
