Hello,
I'm Diana,
And I want to welcome you to this meditation,
There is no rush.
I want to invite you to find yourself a quiet spot,
Where you can be undisturbed for a little while.
Somewhere you can set your phone or device down,
Pop your earphones in,
And get comfortable.
Maybe you would like to sit with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor,
Or maybe you'd rather put your feet up.
Go with whatever feels best for you.
If you'd rather lie down,
That's totally fine as well.
Just try to choose a place where you don't usually sleep,
So it's easier to stay awake throughout this meditation.
Make sure that you're warm enough,
Maybe grab a cozy blanket if you need one,
And then just let yourself settle in and allow my voice to guide you.
Allow your body to land,
No effort,
No holding.
Close your eyes softly when you're ready,
And begin to drop into the moment.
Notice how your body feels,
Become aware of any thoughts floating around,
And gently bring your attention to your breath.
There's no need to change anything.
Just notice your breathing.
Feel the cool air coming in through your nose as you breathe in,
And the warm air leaving as you breathe out.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And a long breath out through your mouth.
And again,
Breathe in.
Let your breathing return to its natural rhythm.
Calm,
Easy,
Quiet,
And unforced.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice where you feel warmth,
Perhaps the lingering touch of the sun on your skin.
A gentle reminder that the seasons are changing,
That something new is beginning.
Spring does not rush.
The flowers do not force themselves open.
The trees do not strain to grow their leaves.
Everything unfolds in its own perfect timing.
And so can you.
If there's anything within you that feels behind,
Overwhelmed,
Or pressured,
Not quite there yet,
Just notice it,
Without judgment,
Without needing to fix it,
And remind yourself,
There is no rush.
Breathe that in.
There is no rush.
You are allowed to move slowly.
You are allowed to take your time.
You are allowed to begin exactly where you are.
Imagine now a small seed resting in the soil.
It is not in a hurry.
It is not comparing itself.
It is simply receiving what it needs.
Warmth,
Light,
And nourishment.
And in time,
It grows.
You are just the same.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You don't need to push or force your way forward.
Just take in what nourishes you.
Rest when you need to.
Move when it feels right.
And trust that something within you is already growing.
Quietly.
Steadily.
In its own time.
Take another slow breath in.
And a long,
Gentle breath out.
And as you rest here,
Let this be enough.
Thank you for joining me today.
Till next time.
