I'm Diana.
I want to welcome you to this guided meditation.
Today we will focus on empowering ourselves to feel more confident and capable of achieving the tasks that we have set for ourselves.
So let's get started.
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes or lower your gaze and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it for a moment,
And then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let go of any tension in your body,
Or attention to the present moment.
Take a moment to feel the support beneath you.
Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,
Anchoring you firmly to the earth.
Feel the stability and strength of the ground beneath you,
Supporting you fully.
And now take another deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
And hold the breath for a count of three.
And then slowly exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or worry.
Repeat this deep breathing pattern a few more times,
Allowing each exhale to carry away any lingering fears or insecurities.
So take another deep breath in through your nose,
And then slowly exhale through your mouth.
And then take another deep breath in,
Feel your chest expand,
And hold for a count of three.
And then exhale through your mouth,
Where you feel your chest relax.
And now I'd like to invite you to imagine a place where you feel completely safe and at ease.
This could be a real place,
Or a place entirely of your imagination.
Picture it vividly in your mind,
Noticing the colors and the sounds and sensations of this safe place.
Allow yourself to fully relax here.
And then I'd like to invite you to gently bring to mind the tasks that you have set for yourself for today.
Visualize yourself successfully completing these tasks with ease and confidence.
See yourself moving through each step,
Feeling empowered emotions,
Silently or out loud,
And feeling their truth resonate within you.
I am capable and confident in achieving my goals.
I release all fears and insecurities that hold me back.
I trust in my abilities and strengths.
I am worthy of success and fulfillment.
I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

Allow this light to fill you completely,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
As it does,
Notice how your body feels lighter and more energetic each day,
Having successfully completed the tasks that you have set for yourself.
See the joy and satisfaction on your face.
Feel the pride and accomplishment in your heart and know that this future is possible and within your reach.
So that we slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,
You can move your fingers a little,
What we have created in this meditation.
