This chopping exercise helps you to move your obstacles out from within you so that you can more easily release yourself from the binds. As we move the body, we activate energy to detach from what holds us back. This allows you to create a positive energy vibration to allow in what you do want - health, happiness, and joy. The body holds our emotional energy. Move the body, release, and create the energy you choose.

Begin by sitting up nice and tall.

Lengthen the spine.

Take a nice deep breath in.

Exhale.

Drop the shoulders,

Open the heart.

Bring the palms together right in front of your heart and rub them together nice and vigorously.

Create heat between the hands.

Keep rubbing,

Keep rubbing.

Inhale,

Draw the breath up from the base of the spine,

All the way up the spine.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Inhale through the crown of the head and hold the breath as you rub,

Rub,

Rub a little bit faster.

Rub the hands together.

Exhale.

Keep rubbing the hands together.

Feel the heat between the hands.

Now bring the hands apart,

Just a few inches apart.

Close your eyes.

And now feel and see between the hands all your struggles,

Your challenges,

Frustrations,

Roadblocks,

Anything that keeps you from your happiness,

From your fulfillment,

From your joy.

And now begin chopping the hands vigorously,

Chopping them in front of you.

As you begin to chop your hands,

You're disconnecting and releasing the binds that keep you to your struggles.

So keep chopping.

Chop away self-doubt,

Resentment,

Shame,

Fear.

Chop it away.

Keep chopping.

Feel the energy in the arms.

Keep moving vigorously.

Feel the energy.

Chop away the self-doubt.

Chop away the stuckness.

Chop away resentment,

Shame,

Fear,

Struggle.

Keep chopping.

Keep feeling it.

Feel the energy in the arms.

Keep going.

Keep going.

Feel the energy in the arms.

Keep breathing.

Keep chopping.

Chop away the connection that keeps you stuck.

Chop away.

Disconnect from the struggles,

From the self-doubt,

The unworthiness,

The resentment,

The fear,

The anger,

The frustration.

Keep chopping it away.

Keep chopping it away.

Keep going.

Detach from what holds you back.

Keep going a little bit faster,

A little bit faster,

A little bit faster.

Good.

Inhale the arms all the way up.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Reach,

Reach,

Reach.

Exhale.

Shake the arms out.

Shake,

Shake,

Shake.

We'll bring the hands back together.

And now I want you to focus your energy between the hands.

And now I want you to visualize.

With your eyes closed,

Visualize between the hands.

You're holding your hands at your heart.

Level with your heart,

Just a little bit of space.

You feel the energy between the hands.

And now you've just made room for all your dreams,

All your goals,

All your joys,

All your loves between the hands.

And now visualize between the hands the life of your dreams.

What you do,

What you see,

What you feel,

What you sense.

If you see any colors,

See the colors.

If you feel any energy,

Feel the energy.

If you smell any sense,

Smell.

Engage all your senses.

And repeat after me.

I want it.

Move the hands a little closer.

I've got it.

Move the hands a little closer.

I know it.

Move the hands a little closer.

It's coming.

Move the hands a little closer.

Again,

I want it.

Hands closer.

I've got it.

Hands closer.

I know it.

It's coming.

And again,

Bring the hands closer.

I want it.

I've got it.

I know it.

Hands come together.

It's coming.

Pressing the hands together at your heart center,

Holding in your hands your truth,

Your joy,

Your inspiration,

Your love.

Pressing the palms together at the heart,

Feeling the energy you created,

Feeling the space you created for your love,

For your joy,

Your passion,

Your purpose,

Why you are here now.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Bring the hands up overhead.

Reach,

Stretch,

Stretch.

Spread the fingertips.

Bring a smile on your lips.

Exhale.

Let the hands just float down.

And rest in your lap.

Inhale again.

Exhale.

And gently open your eyes.
