Inhale deeply and breathe life into your body.

When you feel ready,
Allow yourself to ease into the space around you.
I invite you to remember yourself when you were young.
See yourself as your younger self.
What was it like?
What did you look like?
How did you feel?
Remember your body as your younger self.
And I invite you to imagine being in the body of your younger self.
Feel your hands,
Your arms,
Your head,
Your chest,
Your core,
Your legs,
Your head,
Your feet.
Feel your entire body as a younger version of you.
Now see your younger self moving through life.
What did you experience growing up?
What did you see?
What did you hear?
Let any images that arise and pass through your awareness come through.
And if there are no images showing up,
That's okay.
Continue reflecting on what it was like when you were younger.
And if you are seeing images and memories,
Allow them to move through your awareness and just see them.
What feelings do you notice?
And now watch your younger self grow up.
See yourself going through your experience of life.
And remember everything that you felt.
Every moment of joy.
Moments of sadness.
Moments of friendship.
Moments of shame.
Moments of failure and moments of victory.
Moments of family.
Feel yourself in those moments and acknowledge the life that you've lived.
Remember how your younger self has grown up through the years,
Through each phase of life.
Allow your body to experience each phase that you've journeyed through as you've gotten older in life.
Each year.
Each day.
Until today.
And now see yourself today.
Imagine seeing your face.
Imagine seeing your body.
Take the time to look at yourself.
How do you feel?
Breathe in.
And exhale.
Breathe in again.
And exhale.
You have journeyed far to this day.
And your body has been with you all of this time.
And notice that you didn't choose your body and yet it has been here with you,
For you,
For each part of your journey.
It has been your home.
Accept the body that has housed you,
That has carried you through life.
It has been your home.
Breathe now.
And let your energy fill your body.
Let your spirit fill its home.
Let it move through you.
