Throat Chakra Healing

We shift our reality by connecting to our truth! And we connect to our truth through this guided meditation for throat chakra healing. The throat chakra, also known as the Vishuddha chakra, means "especially pure." When this chakra is open, we are able to connect with and express our highest truth. When you can connect to your voice, shifting your reality becomes possible, and your can truly begin stepping into your power!

And let's together take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And ever so gently let that go.

And in this moment,

Before we even start,

Let's just feel ourselves slow down.

Let's take a few long,

Quiet,

Continuous breaths.

Almost to the point where we feel ourselves flowing and getting aligned with all the energy that's around us.

And there may be sounds in your environment.

That doesn't matter.

Just because there's a truck going by or a plane overhead or a dog barking or even a car alarm going off,

That's going on outside of you.

Let's see if you can truly align with the sweet,

Slow vibrations of nature that are flowing around us ever so gently.

And feel yourself start to slow.

And let your feelings flow.

And now connect to that constriction.

Connect to that pain,

That heartache,

Your true emotions.

Let's own them.

Let's own how we feel.

Let's own how we feel.

Maybe you've been suppressing or resisting,

Like holding a balloon underwater.

But in this moment,

Give yourself permission to release your grip.

Slowly loosen your fingers and accepting how we really feel.

And right now,

Give yourself permission to stand in your truth.

Stand in your truth.

And recognize and accept that there is a bigger picture than you perceive.

Everything is coming together in perfect timing.

You have nothing to fear.

Your power is waiting for you.

And now invite yourself into it.

Trust.

And in this moment,

Give yourself permission to be brave.

To awaken your courage.

No more hiding.

No more denying.

No more neglecting.

No more bending or worrying what someone else will say.

True ownership.

Pure taking responsibility of your own life.

And now feel your Vashuddha chakra,

Your throat chakra.

The vibration is hum.

Hum.

Hum.

Feel it open.

Hum.

Feel that permission flowing into you as you silently repeat it to yourself or out loud.

Hum.

Feel it awaken.

Hum.

Feel the release.

Feel the relief.

Feel the glow.

Because you're in your power now.

Accept the darkness,

The shadows,

The unmentionable and breathe right into your fear.

Embrace your courage.

You have the divine support of the universe.

You are a child of the universe.
