The throat chakra, also known as the Vishuddha chakra, means "especially pure." When this chakra is open, we are able to connect with and express our highest truth. When you can connect to your voice, shifting your reality becomes possible, and your can truly begin stepping into your power!

Wow. Wow. Wow. One of the most powerful meditations I've engaged in. It may relate to the timing of it and my current state of mind, but the beat and vocals were so powerful and intoxicating that I was carried into a powerful space of connection with my body, mind and spirit. I felt my power (something I've been lacking) and feel so bouyant afterwards.
