So grateful for our time together that we spend in stillness and silence.
I'm so grateful that you've meditated with me using mantras and mindfulness and body scans and deep breath work and other type of embodiment somatic practices.
I'm so grateful that we are connected beyond space and time.
And so let's celebrate that right now.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in with me.
And ever so gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath into our hearts right here.
In this moment your heart and mind are entwined.
Let that breath go.
And so let's keep showing up for each other,
For our practice,
For self-care,
And for all those moments when you especially don't want to meditate.
