In this guided positivity meditation, we'll check in with our hearts and come back to hope. On days, weeks, months when a lot is going on, it can be easy to contract and lose connection. Today's practice will help you stay open, grounded, and present. Life can be challenging, but we are cosmic artists. We're not here to play small. We're here to get the most out of this human experience. Let's clear out unneeded energy and make space for miracles in your life. Let's call in more joy, lightness, ease, and blessings - it's all here... Optional journaling prompt: Connect with a past version of you who got hurt, sad, or disappointed and decided to close off and guard their heart. How old are they? Write that version of you a letter: “Dear ___ year old me…” Be kind and gentle. Mostly ask questions and listen. No judging. No fixing. Just be there. If they feel alone, let them feel your presence and kindness. And remember, nothing needs to happen. It’s just an exploration.
