In this meditation, we bless and release the past so we can be here now and begin again. Are you ready to receive what's next? Let's find out what's possible... Writing Prompts: Page 1 (5 mins): RELEASE Set a timer for 5 mins and write a “goodbye page.” Start with: Goodbye to… Keep listing and riffing. Goodbye to last week. Goodbye to pressure, the need to get it right, etc. When the timer ends, draw a line across the page. Done. Page 2 (11 mins): RECEIVE New page. New timer: 11 mins. Write this at the top: Hello to… Write what you want to welcome on the fresh canvas. Hello to honesty, courage, joy, presence... Hello to the messy first draft. Then pick ONE and turn it into a piece. If it helps, keep repeating that line as your anchor. Closing (3 mins): Write one final line that begins with: Today I begin again by… Happy writing!
