That perhaps are hidden.
Places and parts of yourself that you consciously or unconsciously Just don't,
Lad.
The world see.
In our practice today if you are interested,
If you are open to it,
If you are ready.
Is bringing those parts of us out into the light.
Let's begin.
If your eyes are open.
I'd like to invite you to close them now.
As we go inwards together.
Nice and slow,
Taking a few deep breaths How is your heart this morning?
Just noticing.
Was your heart impacted?
When I said.

We are finding places and parts.
That are hidden,
That we don't allow the world to see.
Maybe you felt nervous.
Maybe.
You felt excited.
Maybe something totally different.
Continue breathing.
Long deep breaths,
Nice exhales with a little bit of noise to bring you back into your body.
Softening,
Softening your forehead.
Your jaw,
Your neck.
Allowing a gentle softness to work its way down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down to the bottoms of your feet.
In a gentle and important reminder that There's nothing that needs to happen here.
There's no way to get this writer wrong.
It's an exploration.
A gentle,
Personal,
Private exploration.
Maybe there are parts of you that the world is not intended to see,
And that's okay.
And maybe,
Like me.
You are tired.
Tired of hiding?
Tired of?
Pretending to be something you are not.
Tired of playing small.
Let's take a deep breath here.
Big exhale out.
And with your permission,
I'd like to guide us through a little visualization.
Imagining.
We have found ourselves.
In a cave.
It's dark.
It's quiet.
And it's just us.
And it's okay if you want to stay in this cave.
The truth is.

We have been in this cave for a very,
Very long time.
Perhaps there's a part of you.
That can really relate.
A part of you that never gets to leave the cave.
Play in the sunshine.
Maybe there's a part of you.

That wants to create,
That wants to write,
That wants to dance.
That wants to impact people.
Who wants to go on adventures?
Infinite possibilities.
Maybe there's a part of you that's really sad and alone.
Part of you that's scared.
Infinite possibilities.
Our practice today.
Is to explore is to experiment connecting with those parts of us that are true and honest that we never let the world see.

To look at the opening of this cave.
Look at the sunshine.
Just outside this cave.
What would happen?
If you took one step outside of this cave.
If you let that part of you,
Whatever that part of you is,
To take one step outside of the cave.
And to feel.
The light.
And to feel.
The sunshine,
And the air.
Let's take a deep breath here together,
Breathing in.
Big breath out.

There's a part of me.
That feels sadness.
And for whatever reason,
I've convinced myself that I need to keep my sadness alone in this cave.
And I'm gonna bring that part of me.
Lovingly,
Supportively,
I'm going to invite that part of me to step to the edge of this cave.
Take a deep breath with this part that's feeling sad and alone.
I'm going to take one step forward.
Out.
And into the light.
If there is a part of you.
That you either consciously or unconsciously choose to keep in this cave.
And for whatever reason you'd like to join me today,
Here and now.
Lovingly invite that part forward.
And stand with me at the edge of this cave.
And we can step forward into the light.
Into the sunshine.
Together.
Just take a moment to feel into the invitation.
All parts of you are welcome.
All your feelings,
All your dreams.
All your fears.
Are welcome.
We are not judging.
We are not fixing.
We are not rescuing.
All we're doing.
Is inviting.
Dividing any part of you.
It's tired.
Tired of living in this cave?
Take a moment to take a few deep breaths.
There's a part of you that's ready.
Invite that part,
The step.
Up to the edge of the cave with me and you here now.
Feel the energy of that part.
I'm feeling so much compassion for that part of me.
That is feeling sadness,
That is feeling alone.
Holding that part of me.
I love you.
I'm with you.
I love you.
And I am here with you.

Feeling the light,
