My name is Darius and today's meditation practice will be on the theme of creativity.
Specifically,
I will guide you through a practice that will help you open your channels,
Your creative channels,
To the infinite possibilities,
To the infinite creativity that is available to you,
To me,
And to all of us,
Always.
Let's begin our meditation.
Your eyes are open.
I invite you to close them now.
As we go inwards together.
Give yourself a moment to land.
It's a new day.
It's a new you.
It's a brand new canvas.
Let's begin by feeling what's alive in here now.
Becoming aware of your breath.
Is it shallow?
Is it deep?
Noticing the rising and falling of your breath.
As the music goes away,
Sometimes our ability to hear is louder.
Notice any noises in your space.
Notice any sensations in your body.
Let's take a deep breath together now.
I'll invite you to continue taking nice,
Deep,
Juicy breaths throughout the meditation.
Imagining with each inhale,
You are allowing new,
Vibrant colors from the universe to come into your mind,
Your heart,
Your body.
And with each exhale,
Imagining any old energy,
Any stagnant,
Heavy energy,
Gently,
Easily leaving your entire system in exchange,
New energy in.
Old,
Unwanted energy out.
New,
Vibrant colors in.
Old colors that are no longer needed out.
Continue breathing on your own.
If you notice any tension in your forehead,
If you're thinking too much,
This is your moment to bring softness,
Gentleness to your forehead,
To your eyes,
To your jaw.
Let that softness just melt away all tension,
Softening down your shoulders and neck,
Down your back,
Down your legs,
Your feet.
Allowing this softness to calm your energy.
With each breath,
Expanding your heart space,
Expanding your ability to hold new energy.
You are a channel for the universe.
You,
Dear artist,
Are a channel for divine expression.
If you are open,
If you are willing,
I invite you to open your channels now.
Use your breath to expand your heart,
Expand your lungs,
Expand your capacity to hold the divine expression of the universe within you.

Your truest self.
