Welcome,
Sweet beings.
Take a moment to get comfortable in a seat or lying down or perhaps leaning against a wall.
You might shrug the shoulders or shift your head or shift your gaze until you find that place of stillness,
Of perhaps closing the eyes.
Let's take a big breath in together.
So big,
Deep inhale through the nose and then let it go out of the mouth.
I want you to bring your attention to your breath and as we turn our attention inward,
As we begin to pull our awareness from the things that might be beckoning us in the mind,
I want you to get real acquainted with yourself.
Allow that inhale and exhale to draw you right on in toward your chest and belly,
Toward the center of your body.
And as you do this,
Begin to notice where in your body or your heart or your head you might be holding onto fear,
Where worry might have accumulated or anxiousness piled up And if or when you discover this worry,
I want you to imagine that just for this time together you could actually remove it from your body and place it on the ground.
If it's in the shoulders or in the gut,
If it's in the throat or the head,
Behind the eyes,
I want you to imagine that just for this time together we have a sort of magical power,
An ability to extract that worry,
That anxiousness,
That fear and set it aside.
Do this over and over.
Keep scanning through your body,
Keep noticing.
And when you feel like you've removed the fear,
The worry,
The anxiety,
The anxiousness,
When you feel like your body is a little bit lighter or the shoulders a little less weighed down,
I want you to ask yourself something.
I want you to ask yourself who you become when you set your worries aside.
What does it feel like to be you?
With fear and anxiousness extracted from your bones and your joints and your muscles and your heart,
What energy do you feel,
What emotions?
Do you feel it somewhere particular?
Do things shift within yourself?
Imagine,
Just for a few more breaths,
That any of that worry,
Any of that anxiousness,
Any of that fear just rests outside of yourself and breathe into the beingness you find yourself resting in right here.
Sometimes we have to be courageous and brave to relinquish,
To release some of that fear and worry.
Sometimes the person that we need to become is a person outside of that anxiousness,
Outside of that worry.
Tune in to that truest version of you.
Know at any point you're allowed to pick up those fears and worries,
The things that you might need to work through,
But you can do it in a timely fashion.
You can do it with this trust and courageousness and bravery.
Let's take another one of those deeper breaths in together,
So big deep inhale and full exhale.
Now you may just linger here a bit,
Resting in this space before you pull yourself together.
And as you shift back into your day or your night,
Your morning or your work,
I am sending you so much love from my heart to yours.
Namaste.
