We are truly incomparable. Somewhere along the way we have forgotten. We have been led to believe that we were born incomplete, not enough. This short practise is a little reminder that you are and always have been... enough. Enjoy, I would as always love your feedback.

So come sit down rest with me a few moments.

Sit lie there.

Just get yourself comfortable.

And allow yourself to rest.

There's nothing more for you to add to this moment.

Nothing to take away.

Nothing to let go of or to surrender to.

Nothing to grasp onto either.

This is a time.

Only for rest.

You don't need to worry whether you're doing it right or wrong.

Don't worry about the depth of your resting.

It's just an opportunity to be.

And wonderfully in that being,

Resting is there.

Our peace is hidden in this space.

Luckily it's not hidden well from us.

It's not hidden deeply.

As shallow as your breath.

It is there,

There's not even a need to look.

What we do is rest.

In that rest we're coming from that place which sees all the movement.

Behind and beyond that field of effort.

Is that stillness.

You are that pure awareness.

That is there when you rest.

Just watching that dance.

Watching the play of life.

Even when you feel you're not able to rest.

You are the one that is recognizing your inability to rest.

Not the disruption.

The calmness that is always there.

Noticing.

Gentle.

And free.

There is no tension.

There is no effort.

Even now if there is a feeling of effort that rises out of this no effort.

This is okay.

You just notice the fact without trying to identify it.

The earth,

The stars,

The sun,

The trees,

The oceans and you.

The infinite.

The indistinguishable.

The undisturbable.

The incomparable.

You are a spiritual warrior just waiting for their chance.

This is your chance.

There has never been a better chance for you.

The time is now.

It has never been a better time.

You are here.

You are alive.

You can recognize that incomparableness that is you.

You are the universe having a human experience.

Not a human having a spiritual experience.

You are the human condition not the conditioning of the human.

You cannot be discovered.

You already are.

You cannot be found for you were never lost.

Just like happiness and joy cannot be added to you.

It has always been.

You are there.

And that which is alive.

This is your chance.

This is your time.

There is no need to hold on to what has happened.

There is no need to worry about where you have been up until now.

Because this is your moment.

As the Buddha says,

What we do now matters most.

And this is your moment.

Live it.

You are existence itself.

You are the embodiment of compassion.

Even if you feel like it is hiding from you or been hidden from you all these years.

It doesn't hide from you.

It just waits.

It waits for you to recognize that enough is enough.

As you wipe the sawdust from your eyes.

You need nothing more to be added.

No money,

No things will ever fill that void.

Only the recognition.

The statement that you have been born to find.

That you and always have been.

Enough.

You are the incomparable one that has been taught to compare itself against everyone.

Now this is your moment to tear down those imaginary walls.

Built not by you but by the society,

The culture that you have been born into.

You are.

You have never been anything else.

As for freedom,

Don't worry yourself on trying to find it.

It already knows you.

You are the true manifest of compassion.

It's time for you to awaken from your slumber and shine again.

So rest.

No more sleeping.

Not for you.

There's no person for you to be.

There's nothing more to be added.

Nothing more to be taken away.

You are.

And always have been.

Enough.

It may not be straight away.

Maybe it will be later tomorrow.

At some point you will recognize in the not too distant future that you are pure awareness.

Could you pleaaase upload/ share the background rain music you used for this meditation. It is extremely peaceful. Edit reply: If it's a possibility for you to upload it here that'd be wonderful, or maybe if you share a link to the audio source. Any which ways would do. Thanks!

Calming and reassuring πŸ™‚ Thank you! one point to mention... at the end of the meditation could the background nature sound be faded out rather than stopping abruptly?

At first I wasn't really into this, but at the end I teared up. I really liked the message that is always needed. At the Buddha quote. And the dripping sound that made me feel like I'm out in the rain but still have a roof over my head. very realistic. So so good, thank you !!!!
