Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.
My name is Daniel Rochiyo and as always I'm very grateful and I'm honored and I'm privileged to have you join me for a moment of coming back to denounce this moment,
For a moment of becoming still and a moment of turning within to allow for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the abundance,
The wholeness and the beauty that is inherently within each and every single one of us to well up from within us.
Before we move into the meditation I'd like to take a moment to talk a little bit about the four stages of the breath.
If you've joined me in meditation before you perhaps remember that I always invite us to be aware that the breath has four stages to it and through becoming aware of this it allows us to stay with the breath in an increasing way.
And so I want to take a few minutes and a few moments to go deeper into this and have a little bit of an experiential where we get to try this and experience this apart from the meditation.
And so as you perhaps have heard me say the breath has four stages,
We've got the in-breath and we've got the out-breath.
And most individuals are aware of these two,
These are very prominent and these are very obvious when it comes to the breath.
But if we pay close attention we become aware that after the in-breath and before the out-breath there's a slight pause,
There's a space of no movement,
Of a standstill.
And equally between the out-breath and the in-breath we have such a space and such a pause of no movement.
This one is slightly longer than the first one.
But both of these are a part of the breath.
And the reason why I emphasize this and the reason why I keep reminding ourselves of this is that what I've found for myself and through talking to others is that it is relatively easy to keep the attention on the breath through the first three stages.
The in-breath,
The space even though most people are not aware that there is a space,
And then the out-breath.
But as soon as the out-breath is released,
That's where most individuals' attention sort of wander and drift away.
Because we tend to sort of relax and that's how it was for me when I became aware of this.
I was aware that I kept my attention on the breath all through the in-breath and out-breath.
But as soon as the out-breath was done or released,
I sort of slacked.
I let my attention muscle relax is one way to put it.
And when it relaxed,
My attention drifted.
And I went into fantasy land and I went into thought forms and I went into whatever was going on within me or around me.
And so I had to and then I was lost for a few moments and then I had to come back.
And then I got lost again and then I had to come back and then I got lost again and then I had to come back.
And so I realized that I sort of became aware that that is where my attention most of the time,
Not all of the time,
But most of the time,
That's where my attention drifts at the end of the out-breath.
Which led me to become aware that the breath is not finished with the out-breath,
But the breath continues.
There's more to the breath.
And so I realized that I realized these two stages or spaces rather,
These two spaces in between the in-breath and out-breath and between the out-breath and in-breath.
And since I've become aware of that,
It's become so much easier for me to sort of keep my attention on the full breath.
So before we move into the meditation,
I just want to have a little bit of experiential,
A little bit of practice.
And so what I would invite you to do is to in this moment,
Close your eyes,
Turn your attention toward your breath and just be with the breath,
Allow it to happen as it happens.
And pay attention to notice the space in between the in-breath and out-breath,
That there's the in-breath movement and then there's a space of no movement.
And then there's the movement of the out-breath.
And similarly,
After the out-breath,
There's a moment of non-movement before the in-breath begins again.
So just be aware for a few short moments,
Just pay attention,
Especially to these two spaces of non-movement.
All right,
So that is the practice.
And this,
If you keep on practicing,
This will help you keep your attention on your breath,
Stay with the breath so much more than perhaps now.
All right,
So in this moment,
We're done talking.
We're going to move into the meditation.
And so in this moment,
I invite you to put a smile on your face.
I invite you to make yourself comfortable so that the body can fully relax because you're smiling and because you're comfortable.
And I invite you to close your eyes.
I invite you to tap gently between your eyebrows to activate that first eye,
The divine eye and the spiritual eye that allows you to catch,
To see and to hear that which cannot be seen or heard or caught with our human senses.
So let's keep on tapping for a little while.
And while we tap,
Let's set an intention for this meditation.
If you've been with me before,
You perhaps remember that my intentions are always to wake up to whom what I am and to allow for greater and greater expressions of that who and what to emerge.
So I'm going to stick with those intentions for this meditation as well.
We can release the tapping.
I invite you to place your hands in your lap,
Palms facing upward and perhaps thumb and middle finger touching as a sign of receptivity or being open and available.
And so I invite you to turn your attention toward your breath,
Realizing that the body is fully able and capable of breathing.
So all we got to do and all we need to do is to observe the breathing as it happens and to pay attention to the full breath,
The four stages of the breath.
I invite you to take on the feeling tone that always went and allow for the peace that falls to move you deep,
Deep,
Deep into the stillness,
Into the silence.
And let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
Let your attention drift away from the breath gently and lovingly.
In this moment,
This beautiful,
Wonderful,
Magnificent moment,
How grateful I am.
How deeply grateful I am that I get to be here in this moment.
How deeply grateful I am that you are choosing,
Have chosen to share this moment with me.
This moment of coming back to the nowness of this moment,
This moment of withdrawing from the world,
Coming back to self,
This moment of awakening,
This moment of freedom.
I'm grateful for your presence,
I'm grateful for your willingness to turn within.
From your space of gratitude,
Thanksgiving,
Appreciation,
I know and I realize and I feel that God is all there is.
That everywhere we look,
There Spirit is.
In every space,
In every place,
In all of creation,
The fullness of Spirit is fully present.
Because Spirit is both the Creator and the creation.
Never diminishing itself,
Never contradicting itself,
Never dividing itself into parts,
But eternally expressing itself fully and freely everywhere,
In every being,
In every object,
In every space and place,
In all of creation.
Every being,
Infinite love,
Infinite peace,
Infinite joy,
Infinite abundance,
Infinite wholeness,
Creativity,
Bliss,
Expansion,
Progression,
Perfection,
Excellence.
All of this is fully present right where you are.
Because you and God are one.
You and God are one.
No separation,
No diminishment,
No distortion,
No division.
But just like the sunbeam and the sun are eternally connected,
And just like the wave and the ocean are one,
So you and Spirit are one.
Which means that right where you are,
You're eternally sourced,
Fueled and funded.
Everything that you need,
You have in every single moment of every single day,
Of every single week,
Of every single year.
All that you need,
You have.
All that you need to keep moving forward.
All that you need to keep expanding,
To keep allowing for greater and greater expression.
The beauty and the love,
The joy and the harmony,
The wholeness and the abundance that you are to come forth,
Promoting you.
All that you need to give and share in ever-expanding ways.
All that you need to keep shining your light ever more brightly.
You already have.
You have it.
Because you and God are one.
God is the sole source of all of your supplies.
The world,
Even though it may seem as things come from the world,
They are coming from God,
They are coming from Spirit.
They're coming from this inexhaustible source that is the ineffable.
The ineffable presence of God,
Of Spirit.
So knowing you're feeling all of this,
I know and I feel it right where you are,
Something wonderful is happening.
Simply because you're choosing to come back to being.
Simply because you're choosing to allow your consciousness to expand.
Simply because you're choosing to raise your vibration.
All in alignment with the will of Spirit.
Which is for all of life to come into ever-greater and greater expressions of itself.
Because that is the way that God is allowed to come into greater and greater expressions of itself.
Which is the whole purpose of all of creation.
So as you keep raising your vibration,
As you keep expanding your consciousness,
You're in the flow of God.
And all of your needs are met.
Which means that everything that does not serve this emergence of the greater and greater is now dissolving.
It is falling away.
It is being transmuted into the no-thing-ness from which it came.
Healing is happening.
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Career-wise,
Financial,
Relationships.
Healing is happening right where you are in this very moment.
I know it and I feel it.
I know it and I feel it.
Everything is working for your good.
All the structures of your life are now being stabilized.
This and more I know to be true.
The good of God is truly right where you are.
And your eyes are now open wide for you to see.
Your heart is now open wide for you to feel it.
Everything is working for your good.
Something truly wonderful is happening right where you are.
All is well.
So peace be still.
I know it.
I feel it.
I accept it.
I give thanks for it.
I allow it to be.
So it is.
So shall it be.
So be it.
Amen.
Aum,
Aum,
Aum,
Aum,
Aum,
Aum,
Shalom,
Salaam,
Hallelujah.
