Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.
This wonderful,
Beautiful path of awakening,
This wonderful,
Beautiful path of freedom allowing for all of the love and all of the peace and all of the joy and all of the harmony and all of the abundance and wholeness and beauty and intelligence that is everywhere,
That is inherent within each and every single one of us to come into our experience and to well up from within us simultaneously,
To embrace us,
To surround us,
To cradle us,
To carry us.
My name is Daniel Roqueo and I'm always deeply grateful that you're choosing to tune in and that you're choosing to participate in a moment of raising our vibration and in a moment of expanding our consciousness.
So the theme for today is a powerful morning routine for intentional living.
A powerful morning routine for intentional living.
And this has something to do with these sacred laws.
That you perhaps have heard me or other individuals talk about how there is only divine and perfect order in the cosmos,
That nothing ever comes into our experience uninvited,
But that we,
Through the virtue of where we turn our attention,
What we talk about the most,
What we think about the most,
And most importantly,
What we feel about the most,
How we call into our experience,
How we call the substance and the essence of that into our experience.
And so I want to share this morning routine with you.
This morning routine that I've been using for a long,
Long,
Long,
Long,
Long,
Long time.
And it's,
I absolutely love it and it has brought me so much good.
It has brought me so much good and it continues to bring me so much good.
It's a very simple routine.
Very,
Very simple.
And the key to this routine is to move into it the moment we wake up.
Before even we get out of bed,
The moment we wake up and the moment we become conscious of being awake,
That is the time to move into this routine.
In this routine,
It consists of two parts or two steps or two stages.
And the first one is gratitude.
We always,
Always want to begin and end in gratitude.
And so right after we wake up,
We want to move into gratitude.
Before we pick up our phones,
Before we log on to social media,
Before we turn on the news,
Before we get out of bed,
We want to move into gratitude.
We want to raise our vibration.
We want to take on the feeling tone of being grateful for nothing,
For everything,
For anything.
And what I usually begin with,
Obviously you're free to allow gratitude to guide and lead and move in whichever direction it takes.
What we are grateful for has absolutely no importance.
The important thing is that we take on the feeling tone,
The vibration of being grateful.
And I usually always begin my gratitude practice with giving thanks for me,
For who I am,
For where I am,
And for where I'm going.
And then I continue to give thanks for the health that I enjoy,
The abundance that I enjoy,
That I get to be of service for the infinite possibilities that flow into my life,
For my family,
For all the gifts and blessings that I'm aware of.
And I also always give thanks for my supreme intentions.
We're going to speak a little bit more about intentions in a little bit,
But I always,
Always,
Always give thanks for my supreme intentions.
And these are four.
I recently added fourth supreme intentions.
These are for me to wake up to whom what I am.
These are for me to forever allow for great and grand expressions of that who and what to emerge,
And for me to be a greater teacher and healer than I've ever imagined.
And the one I recently added is for me to stay in a high vibration regardless.
These I give thanks for,
Mighty,
Mighty thanks.
And then whatever comes into my awareness,
Whatever I become conscious of,
I give thanks for that.
This doesn't need to take long.
It doesn't need to be a drawn out process.
But I usually go through this process,
This stage,
In about a minute.
So it's not like we're spending 20 minutes giving thanks.
And then the second stage of this morning routine is for us to set an intention for the day.
To set an intention for the day.
And intentions are so beautiful as they not only give us a conscious direction,
As we set an intention,
What we're doing is that we are consciously choosing what we desire to see manifested during the day.
Which direction we want to move during the day.
But they also inform the sacred laws.
What we desire to see happen.
And I'm not going to move into an extensive description or articulation about intentions in this session.
But I invite you to be on the lookout for an upcoming session that is all about intentions and the power of intentions.
But briefly,
Let me just say that intentions,
They work the best when they are not attached to outcomes.
When they are not dictating what needs to happen.
But they work the best when they describe a quality.
What we wish to experience in terms of an emotion or state or a quality or level of consciousness.
In other words,
If perhaps we decide to see more money flowing into our lives,
The way to set an intention would not be to intend for $10,
000 to flow into our lives.
But the way to set the intention would be for us to experience abundance.
Infinite abundance.
Ever increasing abundance.
Perhaps more money than we've ever imagined or more abundance than what we've ever imagined.
So we never want to limit,
We never want to put a lid on spirits ingenuity and creativeness or stop the infinite possibilities from flowing into our lives.
But we want to start each day intentionally.
I want to experience more joy today.
I want to experience more happiness today.
I want to experience more freedom today.
I want to experience more health today.
I want to invite more possibilities into my life.
I want to see spirit in every being I encounter.
I want to see their divine nature.
I want to move into increased generosity or kindness or forgiveness.
I want to call forth a new employment possibility or new housing possibility.
So these are examples of how to set an intention.
Not describing an outcome,
Not describing an end result,
But describing a quality,
Describing an experience.
And this also doesn't need to take more than a minute or so.
So this is a very powerful morning routine,
Starting our day in gratitude and then setting an intention for the day.
But it's a very brief,
It's a very simple routine.
It's a very simple routine.
And so that's my invitation to you,
That you try it.
And this works beautifully,
Augmenting the evening routine that we did a session about a while back.
So we want to start our days in gratitude,
Intentionally,
And we want to end our days cleaning up our day.
All right.
So thank you so,
So much for tuning in.
Thank you so,
So much for participating.
Until the next time,
I bless,
Bless,
Bless your day and I bless,
Bless,
Bless your way.
Namaste.
