Self-Love Meditation For Peaceful Sleep

I invite you to join me in this beautiful self-love meditation that will help you drift into a peaceful sleep while being filled with a deep and profound sense of self-love. You are a beautiful and unique soul, and you deserve to feel loved and cherished. Let this meditation guide you as you embrace your true self and all the wonderful qualities that make you who you are. Sleep well, and wake up feeling renewed and loved.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this self-love meditation for peaceful sleep My name is Daniel Roquillo,

And I'm I'm always Grateful that I get to have the privilege and the honor to be of service So thank you so much for tuning in.

Thank you so much for joining with me in this beautiful meditation So as we begin I invite you to make yourself comfortable comfortable very very comfortable whatever that means to you and however,

That means to you I invite you to close your eyes and Take a deep breath in breathing in and release another deep breath in breathing in through your nose breathing in peace and releasing breathing out tension one last breath in breathing in love unconditional love into your nose And breathing out everything and anything that is not in alignment with love and in this moment.

I invite you to Withdraw your attention from the world from anything outside of you And bring it into your breath.

I invite you to become very conscious very aware of your breath and please notice that You don't need to make the breathing happen,

But the body with its divine intelligence in its unconditional love Knows exactly how to breathe and when to breathe How much air to breathe in?

It's my invitation to use to simply observe the breathing as it happens Witness it as it happens witness the rising and the falling of your chest Witness the air flowing in and out through your nose or mouth And I invite you to notice and be aware how the body relaxes with each breath how it moves deeper and deeper and deeper into stillness and into silence with each breath from this space of peace and stillness and silence I Want you to know I want you to know that God is saying You are my beloved in whom I'm well pleased God not being an external deity or an anthropomorphic man in the sky but a loving presence a Loving presence that is all there is That is every cell in your body.

That is every muscle every fiber every action and function That is fully present in every space and place This loving presence that is both the creator and the creation This loving presence is saying to you right now.

You are my beloved In whom I'm well pleased you are Enough,

Whatever you may have done or did not do you are enough You don't need to deserve To be loved you don't need to prove yourself worthy But you are love Conditionally loved the love of spirit the love of life is Agenda less and you are bathing in that love You're swimming in that love that love is Surrounding you it is embracing you It is cradling you It is every cell in your body.

It is every action and function It is who and what you are love is at the core of your being Love is the truth and the essence of who and what you are You came into this world in as and through love You move through life In as and through love in this moment in every single moment You are loved the whole universe.

It's vibrating is serenading Those beautiful words of God You are my beloved And in you I am well pleased You are enough you are worthy You've already qualified For everything that you need to be qualified for not through doing Not through accomplishing Not through making anything happen,

But simply because you are That's the only qualification for love that you are the only prerequisite the only requirement That you are you are you and you are such a beautiful being of light and love You're such a gift and such a blessing to this planet Blessing to this planet.

You've come here to radiate love To illumine this world to be a beneficial presence and you are important You are important my goodness You are the point in creation That allows God to come into a unique perfect whole and complete expression You are that important God needs you needs you to express itself and to allow for all of that which God is to Come into a greater and grander expression That is how important you are It is your mandate.

It is your birth right?

To know That you are enough to know that you are a gift That you are a blessing Not only in other individuals lives But to the world to this planet and to all of creation You matter You matter which is why God is saying you are my beloved And in you I am well pleased Come here to shine.

You've come here to glow Come here to love.

You've come here to laugh.

You've come here to Rejoice and celebrate You're worthy of it all Happiness is your birth right?

Joy Is your divine mandate?

You are love.

You are light You are enough You're such a beautiful magnificent powerful radiant divine being and nothing can change that No stories,

No beliefs,

No perceptions,

No judgments,

No opinions Nothing can change truth with a capital T That you are a divine Being of light and love that you are enough Nothing can change the truth That you have come here as a gift And a blessing to this planet to the world to humanity to creation You are my beloved And in you I am well pleased These are the words of God These are the words of life These are the words of the universe God wants you to know And God wants you to feel that this is true You are love and you are light You are the light that lights up this world You're a beacon of light a beacon of love for all the world to see to be touched by to be moved by To be inspired by to be empowered by to be uplifted Just like any flower Just like any tree any plant any being or creature Just like they have all come here with their unique assignments their unique missions So have you come here purpose with a mission with an assignment To be the love that you are to be the light that you are to allow that love To allow that light to radiate from within you and my goodness it is boundless No words can describe The love that you are the light that you are the peace that you are The wholeness that you are The abundance that you are The abundance that you are Words are not enough to even begin to describe the infinite nature of your being Your boundless eternal limitless Nature And you have come here to this planet at a time such as this to step into that to allow That love that peace that harmony that wholeness that joy that abundance the beauty the creativity that you are To radiate from within you to emanate from the depth of your being Your unique and perfect way You matter My goodness,

You matter more than your mind can ever comprehend You matter you are important and God is saying is saying You are my beloved And in you I am well pleased You are my beloved in whom?

Pleased you're such a beautiful being You're such a beautiful being You're such a beautiful light such soft warm luminous loving light That is who you are.

That is what you are I know it I feel it I know it and I feel it God knows it God feels it As God is And you are And so everything Anything that may have hindered or obstructed or kept the light that you are the love that you are The brilliance that you are from shining and glowing as bright as a thousand suns Everything and anything that may that may not have been in service to this light is now dissolved is now released so that the light that you are the love that you are the luminous being that you are the beautiful being the beautiful soul that you are may shine brighter than anything that you are and may shine brighter than anything you have ever experienced and there's nothing you need to do there's nothing you need to do other than be light that you are be you are allow your light to light up the world give the light that you are permission to light up the path of every single being that comes into your consciousness you are enough you have enough and God is saying you are my beloved in whom I'm well pleased you're such a beautiful being you're such a radiant expression of spirit you're God in flesh,

Spirit with skin that is who you are,

That is what you are nothing less,

Less a divine being here to give and share your gifts your talents and abilities here to be a point of healing in the lives of others,

The collective consciousness of humanity you're here to be a beneficial presence to give and share of that which you have,

To give and share,

Give and share your light,

Give and share your love,

Your grace,

Your kindness your compassion you are enough my dear beloved,

My dear dear beloved you are enough because you are everything you are everything as God is all there is as God and you are one it means that you are not a part of everything,

You are everything you are a holographic image of all that which God is,

A holographic image of infinite love a holographic image of infinite peace a holographic image of infinite joy a holographic image of infinite harmony a holographic image of infinite wholeness a holographic image of infinite abundance,

A holographic image of infinite creativity a holographic image of bliss none of these are outside of you but they all are within you they all are the truth and the essence of who and what you are,

They all are at the core of your being you are enough you're so beautiful,

You're so powerful,

You're so magnificent,

Truly a gift and a blessing to this planet to this world,

To humanity,

To creation here to shine here to glow,

Here to radiate the limitless beauty that you are the boundless joy that you are,

The eternal peace that you are,

The infinite wholeness that you are you are my beloved,

And in you I am well pleased,

This is what God is saying,

These are the words of God,

Words of life the words of love,

The words of the universe the one mind,

The one power the one source of everything,

These are its words you are my beloved and in you I am well pleased you are my beloved and in you I am well pleased beloved and in you I am well pleased be the light that you are be the love that you are be the joy that you are be the peace that you are,

Be the harmony and wholeness that you are be the abundance that you are be the beauty that you are you don't have these,

You are these you emanate these,

You radiate these these emerge from within you so let them,

Let the world see the light that you are the light that shines brighter and more luminescent than a thousand stars than a million stars the sun in the sky any star in all of creation does not even begin to compare to your light,

To the light that you are,

The light that lighteth up the path of every man and woman on this planet,

You are that light,

You are that light,

You are be,

Every moment of every,

Be what you've come here to be,

Set your light free,

Set your love free,

Set your peace free,

Set your harmony free,

Set your abundance free,

Set your wholeness free set your beauty free,

You are boundless,

All that you are is boundless so be it,

Give it permission know that you are loved know that you are enough know,
