Guided Meditation Calling Forth Your Divine Mission

We all share a common purpose which is to allow for Spirit to come into greater and grander expressions in, as, and through us.

How we fulfill that purpose translates into our Divine mission. In other words, our mission for this incarnation is how we are to go about realizing our purpose.

This guided meditation will assist you in catching that Divine mission so that you may begin to move toward it, which is the sole reason you chose to come here at this time in human history.

Blessings and welcome to the Path to Freedom.

The Path to Freedom is all about us waking up to who and what we are.

It is about us allowing for greater and grander expressions of that who and what to emerge.

It is about us allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the abundance,

The beauty,

The creativity that is inherently within us to flow through us,

To emerge from within us.

My name is Daniel Roquello and I am honored and grateful that you have chosen to join me for this guided meditation that will assist you to catch your divine mission as you have incarnated on this planet.

Because none of us has come here by accident.

We're all here for a reason.

We have a mission,

A role to play in the evolution of the human species and the evolution of consciousness.

And so this meditation will help you catch that vision,

Allow it to become clear to you,

To reveal itself to you.

Before we go into the meditation,

I just want to make something clear that when we speak about mission,

Please don't take that to be a purpose.

We all share a common purpose,

A divine purpose,

And that purpose is the way I describe it,

Is to allow spirit to come into ever greater and grander expressions of itself in us and through us.

We can describe it as that we have come here to reveal,

To reflect and reveal the face of God.

However we want to iterate it,

Our purpose is the same.

We all share the same purpose,

Which is the purpose of all of life,

Of all of creation,

To allow for spirit to come into ever greater and grander expressions of itself.

So we all have the same purpose,

But then the way we carry out that purpose and the way we fulfill that purpose and the way we realize that purpose is all unique to each of us.

As we're all unique and perfect emanations of God,

As we're all unique individuals with unique and perfect paths,

The way we move toward that purpose is different,

Unique and different to each of us.

And so this guided meditation is intended to assist you in catching that mission,

Your mission for this incarnation.

And so what I invite you to do is to make yourself comfortable.

I invite you to place your feet on the ground.

I invite you to put a smile on your face as we move into meditation,

And this is so regardless of whether it is a guided meditation or silent meditation,

But meditation period is a joyful act.

It's an act of joy.

It's an act of love.

And so we want to put a smile on our faces,

Informing our bodies that all is well,

That they may relax,

That they may begin to produce and release these tonic chemicals,

These good for the body,

Good for the health,

Good for the mind,

Good for the soul chemicals.

And I invite you to keep that smile,

Even if you don't feel like smiling,

I invite you to smile in a way.

Then I invite you to close your eyes and I invite you to gently tap between your eyebrows,

Feeling that first eye,

The spiritual eye,

The divine eye,

The eye that sees that which cannot be seen,

That hears that which cannot be heard,

That catches that which cannot be caught in their human senses.

And so we tap gently and we keep on tapping and while we tap,

Let's set an intention for this guided meditation and for all meditations,

Our intentions want to be high.

We want to have a high intention for all of our meditations and so my invitation is that you set the intention to wake up to what you are and to allow for greater and greater expressions of that who and what to emerge.

So that's your intention for plunging into this meditation.

We can release the tapping.

I invite you to place your hands in your lap,

Perhaps palms facing upward and perhaps having your thumb and middle finger touch.

And I invite you to turn your attention toward your breath.

And as we do,

Use our breath as an anchor into the nowness of this moment.

We always want to be aware that the body is fully capable and able of doing the breathing in and by and of itself.

In other words,

We don't need to make the breathing happen.

We don't need to participate in the breathing.

We don't need to force it,

But we can simply relax.

We can simply observe.

We can simply surrender to the body doing the breathing.

The second thing we want to be aware of is that as we use our breath to anchor us in the nowness of this moment,

We want to use the full breath.

We want to keep our attention on the breath throughout the full breath,

Which is the in-breath and the out-breath.

But it is also the space in between the in-breath and the out-breath,

As well as the space in between the out-breath and the in-breath.

So those four stages make up the full breath.

So the in-breath,

The space,

The out-breath,

And the space.

I invite you to take on the feeling tone that all is well.

And so peace be still.

Before we move into calling forth and catching that divine mission of yours,

We want to lay the groundwork for you to be open and available.

The groundwork for everything,

The foundation for everything is always love,

Unconditional love,

Agendaless love.

Love that does not seek to get anything in return and that does not seek to hold anything back.

But the full and free giving and givenness,

That is the kind of love that we want to start with.

And so I invite you to bring into your mind an individual with whom you have experienced this love,

From whom you felt this love.

Where it can be a pet or an animal,

Where it can be the sun,

Where it can be God or spirit.

Bring into your mind the field and the feeling of being unconditionally loved.

Loved where it didn't matter what you did or what you did not do.

And regardless of your actions,

Regardless of your successes and seeming failures,

You're still loved by this being.

So move into that space,

Invite that vibration of love into your consciousness,

Invited to feel your being,

To the overflowing.

Because as we now move into this meditation,

We are not seeking to change an external circumstance,

We are not seeking to react to anything that is going on around us,

But you're seeking to allow something to come forth from within you.

You're seeking to allow something to be birthed from within you.

And so in this moment,

As you're showered in love,

As you're embraced in love,

As you're cradled in love,

I invite you to allow your face to smile and to rejoice in this love.

In this space,

I invite you to turn within,

To be attentive,

Open,

Available.

Let's ask,

What is my mission?

What did I come here to do on this planet at this time?

We know that God never makes a mistake and God never makes a meaningless act.

So that you are here is no mistake,

But you're here on purpose and you're here with a mission,

A mission that is aligned with your divine purpose,

The divine purpose that is shared by all of creation.

So why did you come here?

Perhaps you do not remember,

But you've chosen to come here.

Why did you choose to come here?

What is your mission?

And as we ask these questions,

I invite you to realize that the answer will be given to you in a language and in a way that you can understand.

Some individuals catch guidance as images,

Others through sounds or feelings or a sort of kinesthetic sensation.

Others catch it through an inner knowing.

They just know.

So it is my invitation to you to not judge or form opinions as to what should and should not be as to however guidance comes to you.

But whatever you catch,

Embrace,

Allow it and trust it.

Sometimes people ask,

How do I know the difference between the still small voice,

The intuition and the ego?

And the answer is quite really simple.

The still small voice,

The voice of intuition always speaks of unity,

Possibility,

Expansion.

Whereas the ego speaks of lack,

Scarcity,

Fear,

Worry and doubt.

The still small voice,

Even though sometimes very loud,

Is very peaceful,

Very harmonious.

The ego oftentimes is very agitated,

Fitful.

So listen.

What is your mission here?

What did you come here to do?

Why did you come here?

And please do not for one second believe that whatever circumstances you find yourself in right now or whatever challenges you've gone through,

That that was why you came.

No one has come here to be in pain.

No one has come here to suffer.

The pain and the suffering may be the conduit or the stepping stone needed to propel you and to catalyst you into your mission.

You did not come here to suffer.

You did not come here to be in pain.

But you came to release,

To let go of the past,

To wake up,

To remember who you are,

What you are.

And you came here to allow God to come into ever greater and greater expressions in us and through you.

So you are important.

You matter.

As a unique and perfect individual,

It's a beautiful expression of God.

God needs you to come into a greater and greater expression.

God needs you.

So how during this incarnation can you allow Spirit to express itself in ever greater and grander ways in us and through you?

And of course,

God is not some bearded man in the sky.

God is a loving presence,

Fully present everywhere.

Infinite love,

Infinite peace,

Infinite joy,

Infinite harmony,

Infinite abundance,

Infinite wholeness,

Infinite creativity,

Infinite intelligence,

Eternal expansion.

This is who God is.

And this is what you have come here to give permission to express itself in us and through you.

So let's go about this from another angle.

Right where you are,

As you came into this world,

Not because of your parents,

But through your parents.

Your parents were the means for you to come here.

And as you came here,

And as you are right now standing or sitting or walking or running,

You have unique set of gifts and talents and abilities.

They are not yours.

They have been given to you not to keep,

Not to lock up,

Not to suppress,

Not to diminish,

But to express,

Cultivate,

Give and share to the very best of your ability.

And these are all connected to your mission.

These are all tools that you have been given to carry out your mission.

So a good way to begin to move in the direction of your mission,

Even though you perhaps are not catching it right now,

Is to turn your attention toward those gifts and talents and abilities.

What are they?

Some of them you may know of.

Some of them you may be already using.

And some of them are unknown to you.

Some of them you need to cultivate.

But what are they?

What are your gifts?

What are your talents?

What are your abilities?

Whatever your circumstances,

Whatever your conditions,

You have something to give.

Everybody has something to give in every single moment.

So I invite you to release and let go of the notion that you have nothing to offer.

Because you do.

You do.

And when you begin to give and share of these talents and gifts and abilities,

It will become more and more clear to you what your mission here on this planet is.

What brings you joy?

What brings a smile to your face?

That gives a good clue as to what you've come here to do.

Joy is one of the qualities of God.

And so allowing joy to express itself,

To expand,

It's one way of allowing God to come into a greater and greater expression.

And when I say that you're here to allow for greater and greater expressions of whom what you are to emerge,

Please do not hear that you need to do big and mighty things,

Because that's not it.

Some are called to do things,

To do big things,

To do mighty things,

To do grand things.

And some are called to not do big and grand things.

And both are equally important because it is not what we do that matters.

It is the consciousness,

The vibration behind the doing that matters.

So we can be doing small things and still be of great value to the planet.

An individual can hold a high,

High,

High vibration,

Even in their own living room,

Sitting by themselves.

And that high vibration affects the whole field.

It affects the whole.

So perhaps you're here to do quote unquote big things.

Perhaps you're here to not do big things.

But you still have a mission.

Still have a mission.

And as you are unique and perfect individual,

One of a kind,

As there are no dualities in all of cosmos,

There's no two things exactly alike.

There are no two grains of sand exactly alike,

There are no two stars exactly alike,

No two blades of grass or leaves exactly alike.

But everything is unique and perfect in the imagination of the One.

So what this means is that whatever your mission is,

You will be called to do something that has never quite been done before.

And you will be called to do something that will never quite ever be done again.

Not even by you.

So comparing and competing serves no purpose at all.

So if you become aware of holding on to judgments about yourself,

Perhaps stories as to how you're not worthy or how you're not able or how you're not capable of carrying out your mission,

In this moment I invite you to release and let them go.

Embrace and allow them.

Do not resist them.

But love them and let them go.

They have no power over you unless you give them power.

These are just stories made up by the ego to keep you right where you are,

To keep you from expanding,

To keep you from growing.

All these stories that you're too this,

Too that,

Or not enough of this,

Not enough of that.

Release and let them go.

Because as you begin to catch your mission or vision or dream,

Know that these,

All of these are divine seeds planted within your consciousness.

You do not create a mission.

You do not create a vision.

You do not create a dream,

But you catch it from the infinite mind of God.

It is being broadcast and you catch it.

Through your willingness to be open and available,

It reveals itself to you.

So it is a divine seed.

They're all divine seeds.

Just like with any seed,

Every idea,

Every vision,

Every mission,

Every dream that you will ever catch,

It has a life of its own.

It needs you to come into fruition.

It needs you to come into this dimension,

But it does not need you to make it to manifest or to make the manifestation happen any more than the apple seed needs the gardener to make the seed grow into an ample apple tree.

But the seed inherently has everything that it needs.

It knows the path.

It knows what it needs.

It knows how it is to grow and unfold and expand into that apple tree.

So all of these stories that you may have about yourself and about why you can't or why you shouldn't,

I invite you to release and let them go because it is not true.

Whatever the story,

It is not true.

It is just a make-believe,

A made-up fantasy.

It's the mission that you are catching.

It has a life of its own.

It needs you to hold the vibration.

It needs you to create the right environment,

Vibrational environment.

But regardless of who you are or where you come from,

What you look like,

What kind of education you have,

How much money you have,

What your last name is,

Your sexual orientation,

Your religious affiliation,

Regardless of all of these labels,

As you're catching your mission,

That means God has qualified you as a worthy channel,

As a worthy vehicle,

As a worthy conduit for this mission,

This vision to emerge.

So what is your mission?

Why have you come here?

What have you come to give and share?

In this moment,

What is seeking to emerge from within you?

What is God's highest vision for you and your life?

There are many ways we can ask this question.

Be open,

Be available,

Listen,

Listen,

Not with your ears but with your intuition.

What is your mission?

What have you come here to do?

Know that your mission is never about you getting more.

It is never about the good of the few.

But your mission is always,

Always,

Always about the highest good,

The good for everyone,

The good for all of the whole.

That is your mission.

And so if you're doing something that does not benefit the whole,

Then you're slightly off track.

Because ultimately there is only one.

There is only the one.

How have you come to serve the one?

How have you come to serve infinite love,

Or infinite peace,

Or infinite joy,

Or infinite harmony,

Or infinite wholeness,

Infinite abundance?

What have you come here to do?

Listen,

Listen,

And know that this is not for the intellect to figure out.

This is not for you to make up,

But this is for you to catch.

It may seem illogical.

It may seem irrational.

It may even seem impossible.

God doesn't know about impossibilities.

God only knows about infinite possibilities.

God only knows about infinite expansion.

So once again,

All these thoughts about why it can't be done,

Why it shouldn't be done,

These are all just ploys of the ego,

Stories made up by the ego to keep you from growing,

To keep you from expanding.

And I invite you to release and let them go.

And as you're now beginning to catch,

You begin to be able to describe and articulate your mission.

As you have begun to catch it,

I invite you now to move into the space,

The place of willingness.

I invite you to say yes to this mission of yours as it begins to emerge into your consciousness,

As it begins to reveal itself to you.

Say yes to it.

Give it permission to come forth,

Give it permission to guide and lead and move you along the path of its manifestation,

Along the path of its demonstration.

Give it permission to move you into expansion.

Give it permission to move you into growth.

Be willing to grow,

Be willing to change,

Be willing to be transformed.

And know that for this mission to manifest itself,

For you to carry out this mission,

You need to change.

You will not carry out your mission by staying the same as you've always been.

So here's where your mission ties into your purpose of revealing,

Of reflecting qualities in the face of God,

Of allowing God to come into greater and greater expressions in essence through you.

Because as you move along the path toward your mission,

As you are carrying it out,

You will be called to grow.

You will be called to expand,

To unfold.

Be willing,

Be willing,

Be willing.

And now I invite you to take on the feeling tone of being grateful.

Being grateful for nothing and for everything,

For anything,

For your mission as it begins to reveal itself to you,

For the possibilities that this mission entails,

For your willingness to do what you need to do to carry out your mission.

That still small voice that eternally will guide and lead and move you forward.

Your insights,

Revelations,

Guidance,

Inspiration of you being compelled into action,

Right action.

And thanks for it all.

Be grateful for you,

For your courage,

For your willingness,

For your availability,

Which is actually the greatest ability,

Availability,

Being available.

For your willingness to surrender,

To release,

Let go of trying to figure out how your mission is to be carried out.

For the rich and full promises that your mission brings with it into your life.

So much to be grateful for,

For all the learning opportunities that will come along this path,

All the blessings of the gifts,

Sometimes disguised as challenges or obstacles,

But blessings and gifts nonetheless.

For God having your back,

For Spirit supporting,

Empowering,

And cheering you on as you move forward.

For God designing and orchestrating the carrying out of your mission,

Moving people and places and things around so that you can keep moving along the path of carrying it out.

Oh my God,

So much to be grateful for,

So much to be grateful for.

In each and every single moment,

You're eternally sourced and fueled and funded,

Eternally sustained and maintained,

Guided,

Moved,

And led.

And as I in a moment move into prayer,

I invite you to remain open,

Available,

Receptive,

Still with your eyes closed,

They may catch the vibration of this prayer,

Allowing you to,

Giving it permission to lift you into an even higher vibration,

Into an even more expanded consciousness.

And so in this moment,

How grateful I am,

How grateful I am for you,

For your participation,

For your willingness to be a beneficial presence on this planet,

How grateful I am for your willingness to release and let go of the small and the limited,

That which no longer serves you,

To release and let go and go beyond your little self,

Your egoic mind and step into the field of infinite possibility,

The field of infinite expansion,

The field of infinite good.

My God,

How grateful I am for you,

For who you are,

For where you are,

And for where you have now begun to go.

So much magnificence,

So much beauty,

So much abundance right where you are.

And from this space of gratitude,

I know and feel the allness and the goodness and the eternality of God.

I know and feel that right where you are,

All of that which God is,

All of the infinite love,

The infinite peace,

All of the love,

All of the joy,

All of the harmony,

All of the abundance,

All of the expansion,

All of the creativity,

All of the beauty,

Everything,

Everything is right where you are.

Which means that you are eternally sourced,

Fueled and funded.

You have everything you need in this moment,

In every single moment to keep moving forward,

To keep allowing for greater and greater expressions of who and what you are to emerge.

And in this moment,

As you have now made yourself open and available to release and let go of that which no longer serves you,

Those small and limited thought patterns and opinions and judgments,

Point of views,

Perceptions,

You are now moving forward.

Your path is so straight.

Your eyes are so clear.

Your heart is so pure.

And you are the master of your mind.

You are the master of your mind.

It does not control you,

But you control it.

Which means that you will stay in this high vibration,

This high vibration of gratitude,

This high vibration of infinite possibilities.

The world no longer can touch you.

People can talk about you,

But they cannot move you.

Because you are carrying out your mission,

Regardless of what others are saying about you or not.

Regardless of what others are thinking about you or not.

You are carrying out your mission.

Not for them,

But for the One.

For your soul.

This is why you have come here.

You are on purpose,

You have a purpose,

And you are moving just on that purpose.

I know it and I feel it.

I know it and I feel it.

Something beautiful has happened in this moment.

Something wonderful has happened in this moment.

Healing has taken place.

Healing is taking place.

Everything,

Everything,

Everything is working for your good.

And you have the whole universe at your back.

Rooting for you.

Cheering you on.

Supporting you.

In carrying out your mission.

All truly is well.

All truly is well.

I know it and I feel it.

You are a divine blessing.

You are a gift to this world.

You may not know it,

You may not feel it,

But you are.

And now,

In this moment,

You are realizing it.

Now you are feeling it.

Everything is for you.

Everything is working for your good.

You know it,

You feel it.

I know it,

I feel it.

God and you are one.

God and you are one.

You are unique and perfect emanation of Spirit.

You are God expressing self-innocence through you.

I know it,

I feel it,

I feel it,

I feel it,

I feel it.

I know it,

I feel it,

I accept it,

I give thanks for it,

I allow it to be.

So it is,

So be it,

So shall it be.

Amen.

You may open your eyes.

Welcome to the new you.

Welcome to the next stage of your unfolding.

The next expression of who and what you are.

A magnificent you has been born.

A powerful you has emerged.

A beautiful you has come forth.

And this,

This is only the beginning.

Each and every single moment is a new beginning,

A new start.

And so even though something wonderful has just happened,

It is merely that beginning.

And so I want you to know that this,

That we have begun here,

This does not end with the end of this guided meditation.

But this is a process that has now been set in motion,

Something has been set in motion,

Which means that you will continue to catch insights and revelations,

Guidance as to how to expand your mission,

As to how to move along the path of carrying it out.

And so I invite you to remain open and available.

You may catch something standing in the shower,

You may catch something out driving,

You may catch something while cooking or cleaning.

You will catch,

You will be guided and moved and led.

And so my invitation is that you keep something handy,

Where you can sort of capture this guidance,

Insights,

Revelations.

It can be a notepad or it can be your smartphone or it can be something else,

But something where you can catch it,

Where you can capture it before it begins to dissolve from your memory.

And then also my invitation is that whenever you catch something,

Whenever you catch an insight or guidance,

I invite you to give it permission to move you into action so that when you catch an insight or when you catch guidance,

That you give it permission to change you in some way.

Stockpiling guidance and stockpiling insights without doing anything with them serves no purpose.

It doesn't gain you,

It doesn't serve you.

But allowing them to move you into action,

That serves you.

So that's my invitation to you.
