Lessons and welcome to the path to freedom.
This path about us waking up to who and what we are,
About us allowing for all of the good stuff that is fully present in every single moment to emerge,
About us allowing for freedom to well up from within us,
Freedom to be in joy and harmony and wholeness and abundance regardless of conditions and circumstances.
My name is Daniel Roquillo and as always I'm deeply grateful that you're choosing to join me and that you're choosing to participate in the expansion and the unfoldment of your soul and of who and what you are.
Today's theme is a powerful evening routine to end your day in a high vibration for a good night's sleep.
That's a long theme and long title but it is very valid.
And so what I'll be doing in this session is that I'll be sharing an evening routine that I've been using for many many years to sort of clean up my day so that whenever I go off to sleep,
I go to sleep,
I drift off to sleep in a high vibration allowing for a restful sleep,
Allowing for a peaceful sleep and believe you me I sleep like a baby.
I sleep like a baby every single night.
So I want to share this routine with you and I'm trusting that it will serve you as well as it has been serving me and as it is serving me.
So this routine consists of four stages and it doesn't need to take very long.
There are days or nights actually when I run through this routine in a matter of a few minutes and then there are other days when I choose to linger a little bit more doing this routine.
So ranging from a minute or two up to 10 minutes.
That's how long it takes or obviously you're free to spend however much time you feel inspired and compelled to in this routine.
The first stage is to give thanks and this of course has to do with the fact that as humans we have a tendency to turn our attention toward that which we don't want.
That which seems negative and that which seems bad and that which seems to be not working and we are constantly bombarded on social media,
On the news,
Reading newspapers or tabloids when bombarded by accidents and wars and diseases and illnesses and disasters and all of these seeming negative experiences and appearances.
And so the very first step is for us to come back to space and a place and a vibration of gratitude for all of the good that is present in every single moment.
And so I usually start my gratitude with giving thanks for me,
For who I am,
For where I am,
For who I'm becoming,
For my life.
I give thanks for the help that I enjoy,
For my family,
For all the opportunities and possibilities that flow into my life.
That I get to be of service and how I get to be of service.
For the abundance that I have.
I have a long list of things to be grateful for that I tap into.
And so I run down that list,
At least a few of the points on that list.
And then when I feel that my vibration has been lifted,
When I feel that I am in a place and space of gratitude,
I move on to the next stage of this routine.
And that stage is forgiveness.
On contrary to popular belief,
Forgiveness has nothing to do with another individual.
But at this point,
I ask myself if there's anyone I need to forgive.
Which basically means that I ask for anyone that I'm holding onto resentment,
Negativity or animosity toward.
Someone may have said something during the day or done something during the day that sort of sticks with me.
That sort of triggers me and I'm still in that reaction,
That negative reaction.
I'm still in it.
I'm still holding onto it.
So I ask for anyone that I need to forgive to come forth.
And if a person or an individual or a condition or a circumstance enters into my awareness,
I simply set the intention to release and let go of my negativity toward this condition or this individual or this circumstance.
Sometimes I go through these four statements of forgiveness.
You have no power over me,
I stand in my own authority,
I set myself free and I set you free.
And sometimes I don't.
But I do set the intention to release and let go of every ounce of negativity that I am holding onto,
That I am holding onto.
And when I feel that this has been achieved,
When I feel that I've set myself free from this negativity,
I move on to the next stage.
And that stage is that I bless other individuals.
And if someone has come into my consciousness when I ask for forgiveness or when I ask if there's anyone I need to forgive,
If anyone has come into my consciousness,
I generally begin with blessing that individual.
And what it means to bless someone is to simply wish them well.
So regardless of what they did or didn't do,
I wish them well.
I wish them wellness,
I wish them joy,
I wish them love,
I wish them harmony,
I wish them peace,
I wish them abundance and beauty.
I wish them a good,
Prosperous,
Expansive life.
I wish for them to wake up to their glorious divine nature.
And then I go on blessing others that come into my consciousness,
Simply wishing them well.
Simply wishing them well in whatever terminology or in whatever words come to me in that moment.
And this,
Of course,
Has to do with us entering into a circulation.
Because whatever we give out,
We also receive.
What we give,
We get right back.
And so as we bless others,
The very blessing that we are bestowing upon them,
The very blessings we will be the recipients of.
However,
We're not doing this to get something back,
But this blessing another individual,
It needs to be heartfelt,
It needs to be honest.
But it is about us entering into a circulation of energy,
A flow of energy that even further raises our vibration.
So we had the giving thanks,
We had the forgiveness,
We had the blessing another individual or circumstance or a condition,
Whatever the case may be,
Or a country,
If a country is war-torn or struck by a nature phenomenon of some kind,
We can bless an entire region or entire country.
We don't have to bless single individuals only,
But we bless whoever and whatever comes into our heart and soul and minds.
And then the last stage of this evening routine is simply us becoming still and asking for guidance.
As we move into the restorative sleep process,
We ask for guidance,
Fully knowing that while we are sleeping,
Our consciousness is fully open and fully available to be taught,
To be guided,
To be moved,
To be led.
And so we intentionally move into sleep asking for that guidance so that when we emerge out of the sleep,
We have expanded ourselves a little bit.
So these are the four stages of this evening routine.
Give thanks,
Forgive,
Bless and ask for guidance.
And so it is my invitation that you try this for a few nights and see what happens.
Watch the miracles and how your sleep begins to improve,
How your sleep actually rejuvenates and regenerates you in a beautiful,
Beautiful way.
So thank you so,
So much for tuning in and for participating until the next time.
I bless,
Bless,
Bless your day and I bless,
Bless,
Bless your way.
Namaste.
