Let Peace Reign Supreme - Drama Is Optional

While our minds seem to have a strong inclination toward entertaining thoughts, and while many of us have a habitual tendency to dwell in time, past, present, and future if we want to experience the ever-expanding peace, joy, harmony, wholeness, and abundance we need to claim mastery over our minds.

We don't need to buy into the content in our minds. We don't need to be hijacked by our thoughts or emotions. We don't need to attach ourselves to every thought and emotion that flows through our minds.

We can choose peace even during intense mental and emotional activity, and in that sense drama is optional. I invite you as we explore how to choose peace to reign supreme within us, even in intensity.
