I'm Danielle Street.

I have lovingly created these I am me affirmations for you because sometimes we need a little reminder of how wonderful we are.

Maybe we lose our confidence or just need a little boost to keep our vibration high.

I can relate to this because I have been there.

I believe that by doing the work within that collectively we can change the world around us and allow our light to shine bright.

To have more confidence and courage to live the life we were meant to.

During this mindfulness practice I invite you to repeat the affirmations so that the words resonate with you.

Creating new neural pathways to a calmer,

More empowered and more confident you.

I will say the affirmations,

You don't need to remember them and then you can repeat them after me.

These affirmations are intended to be repeated daily.

They are even more powerful if you visualize yourself saying them,

Whether silently to yourself or out loud.

Aligning with the special and beautiful being that you are.

21 days is a great way to create a new daily routine and get you started on your way to knowing you matter and to know you are.
