This guided meditation will help you to balance your chakras.
Let's begin.
I'm just taking a moment to really feel into your surroundings,
Feel yourself on your chair or if you're lying down on the sofa or the bed.
Just gently start to breathe in and out.
You might also like to close your eyes or leave them open.
Let's start to breathe together.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Beautiful,
You're doing so well.
And now I invite you to visualise or feel a beautiful golden energetic light shining down from the universe and feel that light connecting into your crown chakra located just above your head.
And as that cleansing light connects into your crown,
Feel it releasing all the things that you've been holding onto.
It might be blocking you from your connection to spirit,
Your belief and your trust.
Imagine a beautiful white lotus flower starting to open and spin clockwise as you reconnect in and balance this beautiful crown chakra,
Feeling yourself opening and connecting to spirit again.
And now feel or imagine that light moving down further,
Connecting into your third eye located between your brows,
You might like to visualise a beautiful purple colour of the third eye,
Your intuition.
And again imagine a lotus flower starting to spin and open as it connects to the cleansing energy of the universe.
Starting to spin clockwise,
Releasing all blocks or limiting beliefs that stop you from connecting into your intuition.
Stops you from listening to your inner self,
Your inner voice and really keep yourself the space and time to connect into this beautiful chakra.
See the lotus petals starting to open as it starts to rebalance and cleanse of any negative energy.
And now imagine that beautiful energetic light moving down to your throat chakra.
The beautiful blue of the Larimer stone or lapis lazuli,
That dark blue.
Your point of authenticity,
Your voice,
Your power to be heard.
And imagine the blue lotus flower starting to spin in a clockwise motion,
Releasing all the negative thoughts that you might have had that you're not being heard,
That you're not visible,
That you're not seen.
And now allowing yourself to be heard and to be seen,
Releasing all those blocks that have been holding you back and seeing your beautiful throat chakra now balancing and in alignment with who you are,
With your values,
Knowing that you can speak your thoughts with the love and grace and kindness at any time and see that blue lotus flower spinning clockwise and rebalancing.
And now continue to feel that energetic light,
Feels like effervescent bubbles moving down into your heart chakra,
Your home of love.
And see either pink or green light and imagine the lotus flower starting to gently spin as you connect into the energy of the universe and cleanse any negative thoughts that you may have had about not loving yourself enough,
Forgiving yourself,
Letting go of all your worries of being hard on yourself,
Of comparing yourself and not feeling good enough.
And as you connect into this beautiful energy,
Give yourself compassion and kindness and love and send yourself love.
You might even like to place your hands on your heart.
You might like to extend that love out further to your loved ones,
Your family and friends.
Keep breathing and going deeper.
You're doing so well.
Extending that love out even further to those that you don't know,
Who might need love at the moment.
And again out further to all sentient beings and even further to the universe.
And what we give,
We receive and now receive all that love back to you 1000 fold multiplied and hold that in your heart and see your beautiful heart chakra lotus flower now spinning in a clockwise direction,
Full and content,
Filled with love,
Knowing that your heart chakra is cleansed and balanced.
Now imagine or feel that light from the universe moving down into your solar plexus,
Your place of power and confidence and worth.
I like to imagine it as a beautiful golden ball of sunlight.
See that golden lotus flower start to spin clockwise as you tap into this powerhouse of your energy,
Letting go all thoughts of not being good enough,
All thoughts of not loving yourself,
All thoughts of not feeling worthy,
Not having the confidence that you desire and calling in your power and your self worth and your confidence and knowing that your powerhouse solar plexus,
Beautiful lotus flower is now spinning in harmony with the universe fully balanced and re energized.
And now allow that energy to flow down further into your sacral chakra located just below your belly button,
Your tummy or your web space and imagine a ball of orange light.
I like to see it as sunset colors and imagine a sunset colored beautiful lotus flower starting to spin clockwise and open and to receive because this is your powerhouse of creativity,
Your sensuality where all magic can happen and manifestation in your gut brain.
Really welcoming the power and magic that you hold in this space,
Allowing yourself to dream even bigger and welcoming what it is that you desire in this moment and feel,
See your sacral chakra balanced and re energized and now allow that energy to flow down into your root chakra located at the base of your tailbone.
I imagine it as a ruby red color,
A beautiful ruby red lotus flower spinning clockwise and as it starts to spin connecting to this place,
Your foundation,
Your place of safety,
Of family,
Of belonging,
Of money,
Of finance,
Career and whatever it is that you need in your foundations right now,
I wish that for you and let go of any worry that you have in connection to this area.
Now see that beautiful ruby red lotus flower spinning and filled with joy knowing that you are safe and that you belong exactly where you're meant to be.
Imagine it balanced and re energized.
Taking a breath in and continuing on your journey,
Going down further,
Imagining roots growing down your legs and taking you down into the earth and as you move into the earth,
Mother Earth now approaches you,
You greet her and she greets you,
You may hug and Mother Earth whispers to you a message that you need to hear right now in this moment.
It might be a word,
It might be a symbol,
It might be a color or even a feeling.
Whatever it is,
Take that message and embrace it in your heart.
I'll give you a moment now so that you can connect in with that energy.
Now thank Mother Earth and place that message in your heart and take that back with you feeling the energy now coming back up through your legs,
Knowing you're fully grounded up through your root chakra,
Your sacral,
Your solar plexus,
Your heart,
Your throat,
Your third eye and up into your crown chakra,
Knowing that you're fully aligned and in balance as above as it is below.
And gently start to bring your attention back into the room.
Breathing gently in and out.
As you breathe in and out,
Slowly open your eyes or focus your attention back on your chair or your bed or your sofa and bring your attention back to the room,
Knowing you're fully grounded as above as it is below and so it is.
