During the day we can get busy, anxious, and overwhelmed, not knowing where the time goes. Take a few minutes to stop, let go of worry, and breathe. This meditation is a safe place to practice self-care, helping you to nurture inner peace, calm, and self-love to feel grounded and present, ready to continue with your day. Hi,

I'm Danielle Street.

Welcome to this meditation,

Connect to inner peace and calm any time of the day.

When you live mindfully with intention,

Integrity and purpose,

You can connect into a place of inner peace,

Joy and love.

Using the breath,

You can move from busy,

Anxious and overwhelmed to grounded and present,

Ready to continue with your day from a place of calm.

Offering yourself the gifts of self-care,

Kindness and compassion,

You fill your soul with joy and this radiates from the inside out,

Not only raising your vibration but also that of those around you.

Let's begin,

I invite you to find a quiet place,

Get comfortable wherever you are and gently close your eyes or leave them softly open.

Sit up straight and place your hand on your heart,

Feeling safe and grounded as you connect into your body.

I invite you to take a centering breath,

Begin to breathe slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe all the way down,

Allowing your belly to rise,

Hold for three and breathing out for three,

Letting go of everything to become present in this moment.

Breathe in again for three,

Allowing your belly to rise,

Hold for three,

Breathe out for three and let's do that one more time.

Breathing in,

Breathing out and letting go.

Now return to your regular rhythm of breathing,

Allow the breath to connect you back home to yourself,

To feel safe and nurtured.

Keep breathing,

Allowing the breath to ground you.

Nowhere to go,

Nowhere to be,

Just present in this moment.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to go a little deeper each time.

Breathe in love and breathe out worry.

Breathe in kindness and breathe out anxiety.

Breathe in compassion,

Breathe out comparison,

Breathe in inner peace,

Breathe out overthinking,

Breathe in calm and breathe out overwhelm.

Let go of all the shoulds that are making you feel like you don't have enough time in the day.

I should do this,

I should do that.

Just let it all go and let peace wash over you.

As you relax,

You connect into a state of calm.

The more open to new possibilities,

Joy and love you will become.

Right now,

Every moment is an opportunity to start over with each breath.

Within you,

There is a place of confidence,

Of clarity,

Of courage.

Trust that within you,

There is a safe place to let go.

Let go and step into this place of inner peace,

Love and calm.

Knowing in this moment,

Everything is possible.

Knowing in this moment,

Everything is okay.

And so it is.

Now I invite you to take one more breath in and out.

Feel your feet firmly on the ground.

Gently open your eyes and come back to the room.

Namaste.
