We will embark on a unique meditation to hopefully meet your spirit guides and spend time with loved ones or animals who have passed.
This is a safe,
Loving space where you can reconnect with the wisdom,
Love,
And peace that surrounds you.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Roll your shoulders to release any tension and let your arms fall naturally to your sides.
I'll be asking you in a moment to take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of four,
Hold it for a count of four,
And then exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of four.
I'll do the counting,
So let's begin.
Deep breath in through your nose,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And exhale through the mouth,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And breathe normally.
Let's do this two more times,
And with each breath cycle,
Feel your body relax even further into the present moment.
Allow stress,
Strain,
And worry to simply dissolve away into nothingness.
Here we go.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale through the mouth,

Three,

And breathe normally.
And one last timed breath cycle.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Four.
Now breathe normally and comfortably as we anchor ourselves in the ancient energy and wisdom of the earth.
Begin by imagining roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Extending deep into the earth.
These roots anchor you,
Steadying and supporting you.
Feel the earth's nurturing energy rise through these roots,
Filling your body with warmth and calm.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
Notice its natural rhythm,
Not forced,
Rising and falling like gentle waves on a tranquil shore.
As you watch your abdomen rise and fall with each breath,
Allow any residual tension in your body to melt away.
Let your shoulders soften,
Let your jaw relax,
And let your mind begin to quiet.
Now picture yourself standing at the edge of a serene,
Misty,
Emerald green forest bathed in soft golden light.
A pathway emerges in front of you,
Inviting you to step forward.
As you walk along this path,
Notice the vibrant colors of the trees,
The calming sounds of birdsong,
The coolness of the forest mist against your skin,
And the feeling of peace that surrounds you with each step.
Just ahead,
You hear the tranquil sounds of babbling forest streams,
And you see a beautiful bridge over one of those streams,
Made of shimmering,
Glittering,
Violet-blue light.
This is the Bridge of Connection,
A sacred place where spirit guides and departed loved ones await.
Take a moment to pause here,
Feeling gratitude for this opportunity,
And setting the intention in your mind to be open to connecting with those in spirit if the time and conditions are right.
Now step onto the bridge and feel its warm glow beneath your feet.
As you walk across each step made with intention,
You notice a figure approaching from the other side.
This is one of your spirit guides,
A being of pure love and wisdom who has been with you since your birth.
Your guide greets you warmly,
Radiating unconditional love.
Take a moment to observe them,
How they look,
How you feel,
How they sound.
They might be in human form,
Or an animal,
Or a being of light or sound,
Or perhaps simply a knowing that they are there with you.
They may offer you a message or simply stand by your side as a comforting presence.
If you have questions or need guidance,
Now is the time to ask them.
Listen closely for their response,
As it may come as words,
Images,
Sounds,
Smells,
Symbols,
Or feelings deep within your heart.
Let's sit in this space for a few moments and appreciate this time on the connection bridge.
Now as you continue to breathe calmly and naturally,
Turn your attention to the other side of the bridge.
Here in this tranquil,
Luminous space,
Loved ones or cherished animals who have passed are waiting to connect with you.
Notice who steps forward first.
It may be someone or something you've so deeply missed.
Feel their presence as they approach,
Healthy,
Radiant,
And filled with perfect love.
Know that they can manifest at any age they wish,
So they might be younger than you remember them,
Or older.
You might embrace them or simply sit together in silence.
If there are words left unsaid or emotions to share,
Allow yourself to express them freely now.
Take this time to enjoy their company fully,
Perhaps reminiscing about joyful memories or simply basking in their love.
And when you hear my voice again,
It will be to slowly bring you back.
As this sacred meeting comes to an end,
Take a moment to express gratitude to your spirit guide for their wisdom and support,
And to your loved ones for their enduring love.
Know that these connections are always available to you whenever you need them.
Your spirit guide offers one final blessing and pulse of healing energy before stepping back into the violet light.
Your loved ones wave goodbye,
But leave behind a sense of peace that will stay with you.
And as we start to close this meditation,
Begin making your way back across the bridge through its beautiful violet energy,
Feeling lighter and more at peace with each step.
Return along the forest path as golden light filters through the trees.
And now bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel the weight of it against the surface beneath you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes as you reconnect with the present moment and with your physical space.
Take one last deep breath in through the nose,
