This meditation is just under twenty minutes, in total, and incorporates elements of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep): breath focus, body scan, and guided imagery. It is a shorter version of a similar track of mine on this platform that is over eight hours long ("Deep Sleep Through Breath, Body Scan, And A Moonlit Journey"), with the bulk of that version being relaxing music without any narrative.
