We think that we need to do more to keep it all together. To make our relationships work, to bring in more money, to stay healthy.
The truth is, that the things that are meant for you, will never leave you.
If that relationship is build on truth, what will hold it together is letting go of the force.
What will bring in the money, is to trust and know that you are abundant.

Hey love,

There is this fear most of us carry quietly,

That if we stop trying so hard everything will fall apart.

We think that our effort is what keeps things together,

Our relationships,

Our purpose,

Our progress,

Our sense of self.

But what if it's actually not?

What if what's meant for you doesn't need your stress to stay?

What if the things that are real in your life,

Your truth,

Your connection,

Your alignment,

Actually grow stronger when you loosen your grip?

Here's the thing,

Nothing real can be taken from you.

Not the love that's rooted in truth,

Not the purpose that pulses through your bones,

Not the version of you that knows who they are without needing applause.

That kind of realness can be stolen.

It doesn't disappear in chaos,

It doesn't run when things get quiet.

It waits for you to return,

It welcomes you back.

We lose so much energy trying to chase what's already inside us.

We burn ourselves trying to control the outcome when all life really asks is that we listen.

Listen to the pull,

Listen to the knowing,

Listen to the moment when your body says this is true before your mind tries to talk you out of it.

Let today be that kind of day,

The kind where you stop reaching and start remembering,

Where you stop proving and start embodying.

Because life doesn't need you to hustle to be worthy.

Life just needs you to show up clear,

Grounded,

Honest.

What is real will never leave you.

What's not real,

Let it go.

You're not losing it,

You're being freed.

And in that space,

Clarity grows.

Peace expands.

The next step reveals itself.
