Start by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. In this session you will reconnect with your feminine energy. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly. Repeat this deep breathing several times to help you focus and release any tension. Imagine a bright, Warm and loving light surrounding you. This light represents your feminine energy and is here to support and guide you. Repeat the following affirmations to yourself. I am worthy of love and happiness. I trust and love myself deeply. I am confident and strong. Focus on the feelings of love, Worthiness and confidence that these affirmations bring up inside of you. Imagine that these feelings filling your entire being, From the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Hold on to these feelings for as long as you can, Allowing them to permeate every aspect of your being. Take a deep breath, Feeling grounded and empowered. Take this moment to reflect on how you feel. Are you filled with positive energy? Are you feeling confident and self-assured?
