This gentle night-time meditation is an invitation to let go. To release fear, anxiety, doubt, and the constant mental noise of overthinking — and to return to a state of safety, gratitude, and love. Guided slowly and softly, this meditation helps calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and shift your inner frequency into peace. You’ll be guided out of your thoughts and back into your body, allowing stress to dissolve and sleep to arrive naturally. Perfect to listen to before bed or whenever you need deep emotional comfort, grounding, and rest. Allow yourself to be held. Allow your body to reset. And drift into a peaceful, restorative sleep — supported by love, gratitude, and calm presence.

Let your body be heavy,

There is nothing you need to fix,

Nothing you need to understand,

Nothing you need to do.

Just allow the bad beneath you to hold you.

Allow gravity to take over,

And exhale softly through your mouth.

With every breath out,

Your body sinks deeper into rest,

Your shoulders soften,

And now gently bring your awareness to your heart.

If anxiety,

Doubt,

You don't need to push them away,

Just acknowledge them,

And silently say,

I see you,

And I choose to rest now.

Imagine all these thoughts like clouds drifting across the night sky,

They don't need your attention anymore,

Becoming quieter.

As you inhale,

This light slowly pours into your body,

Entering through the crown of your head,

Washing over your mind,

It calms the nervous system,

It slows the thoughts,

It reminds your brain that it is safe to let go.

This light flows down into your throat,

Releasing unspoken worries,

And into your chest,

Softening the heart.

If your heart feels tired,

Heavy,

Or guarded,

Let it rest now.

You are allowed to be held,

As the light moves into your belly,

Any stored anxiety dissolves.

You don't need to control tomorrow,

You don't need to self-anything tonight,

Tonight is only for rest.

Repeat softly in your mind,

I am safe in this moment,

I am allowed to rest,

Nothing is required of me right now.

Now gently invite gratitude,

Not forced gratitude,

Not big gratitude,

Just something simple,

Maybe gratitude for your breath,

A small feeling of appreciation appear,

And notice how your body responds.

Gratitude is not a thought,

It is a frequency,

And as it spreads throughout your body,

Fear cannot stay,

But love you are receiving.

Imagine being wrapped in a soft field of unconditional love,

No pressure to be more or better,

Let your muscles relax even more,

If thoughts arise again,

That's ok,

You don't need to follow them.

Your body knows how to sleep,

Your nervous system knows how to rest,

And as you drift closer to sleep,

Let these words sink into you like a lullaby,

And allow tomorrow to arrive on its own.
