I want to invite you to take a few deep breaths waking up your body.

Take a quick inventory of what you're feeling within.
Now let's give this body inventory a number.
And that's going to help us quantify the feeling that you've captured.
So on a scale between 1 and 10,
With 1 being low and 10 being amazing,
Choose a number that represents your body inventory right now.
And I know you may or may not know what the number should be.
Let's not think about it.
Just simply use the first number that pops in your mind.
